Grads Fiesta 2018 (pesta konvo) at Damansara Perdana

Hi all,
We would like to invite your team to celebrate our Grad Fiesta 2018 this coming 2nd and 3rd February 2018. This event will held at Level 5, Parking lot, Mercu Mustapha Kamal, Damansara Perdana. Our Kolej Perkembangan Awal Kanak Kanak (KPAKK) has establish since 11th April 2005. This college license is under Early Year Development Sdn. Bhd.
The Grad Fiesta is an event to celebrate the 600 diploma graduates who will be graduating on the 3rd February 2018. The convocation ceremony is for the Early Childhood Programme students consists of fresh grads soon to be kindergarten teachers and existing teachers who further their studies.
Attendees for these event would be the graduates themselves and their friends and family members who will be joining them to witness the convocation ceremony. The estimated crowd for these event would be around 2,500 visitor who will be there throughout the 2 days event. Most of the exhibitor will be from food and beverage industry to cater the needs for the visitor to dine during the event and of course there will also be a photography and florist booth and other exhibitor such as car maker company Proton and Perodua to promote their graduate package to own a brand new car. Besides that, the organiser also will set up a centre stage for activities throughout the event and there will also be a kids zone area to entertain the children.
The official convocation ceremony will be held on Saturday, 3rd February 2018 from 8am-6pm and the full dress rehearsal will be held on Friday, 2nd February 2018 from 10am until finish. Booth set up for exhibitors would be the whole day on Thursday, 1st February 2018.
Therefore, we would like to extend our invitation to your great organisation to be part of the exhibitors during the event. We believe that these event can give you a good crowd and platform to promote your products. We are offering you a profit sharing of your total sales to join the event from 2-3 February 2018 which will be collected during the event itself. The collection itself inclusive of utilities such as power and water supply, PA System, cashier, tables and chairs for visitors. The dateline for registration of this event is on the 25th January 2018 as we will be holding a site visit among the exhibitors to finalise their lot and a technical briefing to answer any of your concern for these event.
