RESIPI ASAM PEDAS IKAN SIAKAP

Ramai yang bertanya IBU SAMBAL D'APBROZE ni boleh buat asam pedas ke? Semalam kami masaknya menggunakan ikan siakap. Sebenarnya ikan apa-apa pun boleh...


Langkah pertama masukkan 5 sudu Ibu Sambal D'Apbroze ke dalam kuali/periok, kemudian masukkan 500ml air, kacau hingga sebati.

Selepas itu masukkan 1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit, air asam jawa, daun limau purut, bunga kantan & daun kesum. Biarkan sampai mendidih baru masukkan 800gm ikan siakap yang telah dipotong dua. Akhir sekali masukkan gula & garam secukup rasa. Sungguhhhhh mudahhhh....

Selamat mencuba menu masakan kampung yang pasti menyelerakan...daripada dapur IBU SAMBAL D'APBROZE.
