Interest Rate Loan Rumah 5.39% - berbaloi atau tidak?

Assalamualaikum / hai semua, nak tanya nie. Saya saja2 la try apply housing loan dengan beberapa bank. Tapii hanya satu je bank approve, yang lain semua reject tanpa kompromi lagi. Saya pulak sebelum ni menyewa rumah situ, bulanan bayar rm 400 pada owner rumah (rumah apartment , tingkat 1) so plan alang2 owner rumah nak jual rumah tu kite pun try la apply loan sebab rumah tu memang dah dekat dengan tempat kerja saya. Jadi sekarang ni saya dapat letter offer dari ambank nie.. loan saya lepas 79k++ je tapi interest rate 5.39% lah sebab bank cakap rate ni depends pada status rumah n profail kewangan kite jugak.bulanan rm 419 35 tahun.. So nak tanya, interest camtu tinggi sangat ke? takut pulak nak sign LO tu. Ade sesape terima tak rate interest lebih 5% tu? tq tolong jawab ye..

bank lain reject sebab location.. n pasal strata ke ape ntah cmtu la alasan diorg. cume ambank ni je terima tapi diorg naikkn interest.

Tapi rate yg diberi
Bank Islam 4.7
Maybank 4.46
CIMB 4.6
MBSB 4.6
Xda lagi terima mana2 offer setakat ni .... Sbb I nak full loan

I pun dpt offer dr Ambank. Fuiyo kemain tgi lagi rate dia. Dlm 5% kot.
Offer dr bank lain, HLB bagi 4.4% for 1st two years, MBB 4.5%, CIMB 4.75%. Bank ni je yg i try submit.
Dah kalo bank lain x approve terpksa la juga amek am bank kan? RM419 tu dh termasuk MRTT ke? |

Biasa rumah ni org prefer mana
Problem bila dsr i cecah limit
Tapi i nk full loan jugak
Tanak bayar down payment
So macam2 I BG then Banker try nak submit hari ni |

Apt u nak beli ni master title ke? Bank susah nak bg loan if belum dpt strata title. u check dulu yg ni.

Haah sy tnye bank hrtu ni la reason kot.. so klu umh tu sy nak jugak, loan die blh bg tp ade syarat la..interest 5%++

So apt tu still master title la? Lbh 10 thn ke apt tu? U ada check developer apt tu still ada ke dah bankrupt? No wonder interest u dpt tinggi sbb high risk. Nnt u nak jual apt tu pun susah

bawah rm100k mmg tinggi interest.... some bank offer personal loan utk beli rumah bawah 100k...lagi mahal kalau personal loan. 7% tak silap...
kalau bawah 100k, sampai 5.8% pun ada...
kalau atas 150k, normally dalam 4.6-4.8% |

btul, apt tu dah 11 thun dah.

Habis duit cash la kalau byr down payment
Mbb bg berapa? Lama ke nk tahu keputusan?
Tadi officer tu nk submit dgn 4.45
U dapat rate berapa? |

Amek je, dari hilang RM400 sesia tiap2 bulan. Rumah tu boleh refinance/ jual di masa depan kalau tak nak. |
