Belajar baking online, berbaloi tak?

Hiya forumers yg baik hati...I want to improve my baking skills and maybe nak buat jualan hehe..kononnya lah. Yg menjadi dilemma ialah sama ada belajar online atau saje tenguk kat YT/ baca kat blogs etc. Pernah tried and tested a few recipes from YT and blogs semua ok lah, menjadi. Kena rajin mencari mana yg terbaik.
Berbaloi tak belajar baking online ni? Nak cuba sebab guru yg mengajar akan turun kan ilmu / tips (as they claimed). Banyak sangat yg buat ni sampai I x tau yg mana bagus, reliable and of course x kedekut ilmu.
Boleh u all recommend mana yg bagus X? I hv been following mimpicakes IG and so tempted to register their classes. Btw, pls share pengalaman2 u all bila belajar online ni. Thanks for reading... |

Semperit belajo online kat mana ek? Kebanyakannya kena bayar at a reasonable price.
Dia org selalunya ajo kat FB. I x de FB (dah kertu hence the name). Btw I love kuih semperit yum2 |

Thanks Melatyy. Byk blogs guna resepi klasik semperit/ dahlia tapi x tau yg mana terbaik. Ada jugak cuba, not so bad lah kejadianntya . Nostalgic gitu. |

Azlina tu semperit susu dia memang sedap and her tarts. Kaka guna resipi dia. Even though kaka memang ada skill baking, kek lapis kaka belajar online juga sebab nak tip2 derang. Even belajar buat frozen pizza and bread online juga tapi just untuk tambah knowledge. Mostly sekarang kaka bake sourdough bread, tak guna commercial yeast. |

first and foremost, kaka tanya duduk mana?kalau dekat kaka sedekah jer SD starter ni
uols cuba tengok kat youtube, banyak theyols tunjuk
kaka pun belajar dari youtube
kalau susah juga, boleh beli kat shopee
tapi nak start dari zero, makan 7 hari untuk dapat SD starter yang active
makesure ko boleh maintain routine 7 hari tu
start dengan
60gm tepung
60gm air tapis (jangan guna airpipe)
balang
itu saja, mix dan biar 24 jam
simpan atas counter saja
hari ke 2
check ada bubbles tak? kalau takde biarkan another 12-24jam
peram lagi
hari ke3
time untuk beri makan starter
buang 60gm dari campuran
tambah 60gm tepung gandum
60gm air
peram lagi
hari ke 4/5/6
ikut process hari ke3
hari ke 7
your sd patut double in size dan bubbly, fluffy and spongy. Kalau senduk nampak macam sarang lebah2, and it mells nice ya macam bau tapai
your starter is born
now you can name it, mine is call DOLLY
just put it in a nice clean jar
dah boleh start buat SD bread. kaka suggest start with classic sd or maybe foccassia
tapi each time dah guna, sila beri makan semula
kalau tak guna, feed, bila dah bubbly boleh simpan dalam peti sejuk
side note:
SD starter loves wholewheat, Rye dan seangkatan punya flours ( from personal experience)
nonetheless boleh jer guna breadflour lain
you can taste it, kalau terlalu masam
feed dengan ration 1:5:5 (1 part starter 5 part flour and 5 part water)

Tq sis tlg ajar cara nk buat starter SD ... Nk tanya air tapis tu air Coway boleh tak ? Maknanya everyday kena buang 60gm campuran & feed 60gm (new).
Masa yg sesuai utk add new campuran ?Meaning kalau start pagi pkl 8 am , next day pkl 8am feeding time ke ?
Roti focaccia & wholemeal mmg selalu buat , cuma SD ni je x pernah try , kat kedai la kalau mkn mmg order SD ni ... Btw terima kasih byk2 ... Jasamu dikenang |

Sorry i tertekan report, x sengaja.
Thank you for the recipe. Mmg buat SD kena banyak sabar n dedication. A bakery that specialises in sourdough breads kat sini mmg bagi free SD starter. The problem is nak buat sourdough bread kat rumah pun byk prosesnya. Tapi kepuasan bila dah baked tu yg tak terkata. So i end up beli a couple of dark rye sourdough breads kat kedai and freeze them. |

tapi macam kaka ni, kadang2 memang lewat lah sejam dua gitu

Before you start baking. Learn to cook first. Why??? I have been cooking from the age of 4 years old. The science in cooking helped me a lot in baking. Because there is science in baking as well. The types of trays, spoons (wooden or steel), temperature when it comes to cooking & baking, etc all matter. The people who bake online, have had years of experience. Watching cooking shows online helped me to better my cooking (& baking) as well. But, before you think of making a business, practice your skills. You don't want to cause anyone stomach problems as well. Practice before trying to make a profit. q |

i tahu buat kek n kek i selalu menjadi, naik elok gebu lembut. tapi kek2 ai buat semua togel je
tapi i nak belajar deco kek, guna buttercream ke, choc ganache ke, swiss meringue cream ke..
kat mana agaknya nak belajar cake deco online yea.. geram tengok pics kek cantik2 kat ig tu.. |

mmng saya rekomend belajar online PJJ sebaiknya perlu belajar secara face to face amik kos dekat komuniti class. ada byk kos roti/cookies etc.
tapi..tgk market jugak. tuk mula kena extra effortlah cari sale masuk grop mana2..then you can run by yourself htr kedai / canteen.
utk belajar roti takes time utk perfect ada byk method lain bole cuba pasal kena belajar asas pastu baru kita cuba kaedah lain. minat paling utama..sebab kita ni ada mood dan fasa malas dan rajin. im talking bout myself now..skrg sejak busy burn out keje balik tu dah tak daya nk fikir itu ini. buat roti perlukan fokus kalu tak fokus roti jadi keras dan kecut sapa nk beli.
