Hi korang . Tolong sape2 ade pengalaman please share .. lembutkan hatiku yg tengah gundah gulana ni..
Aku apply loan kete baru. Tapi banker call minta supporting document sbb loan dah rejected. So skrg aku tgh tggu keputusan rayuan lah pulak. Ade peluang ke tak lulus eh? Bank lain semua tak lepas sebab nye aku ada sebulan tak carum epf. Padahal aku dah siap bagitahu dorang dah yg aku yg req bos tak pyh carum sebulan tu .. kalau nk tengok rekod keje lama dah, epf gaji semua on time..
Risau lah.. ada sesiapa yg pernah jadi tak mcm kes aku ni??  |

Entah sy tk tanya yg tu.. cuma husb ada loan rumah. Tp rumah tu kami sewakan. Tu yg dpt appeal loan reject tu.. sy attach tenancy agreement & simpanan dalam asb. nak ikutkan kereta lama n moto dh hbs byr. Cuma nak tahu ade chances ke tak untuk lulus rayuan ni? Depo tinggi juga sy letak. |

Seminggu juga sis. Sy mule tak yakin juga . Sehari sebelum lulus tu dealer dh inform tak lepas loan yg appeal tu. Esoknye banker call cakap dh lulus pulak. Hri yg sama bank lain semua approve kan juga loan sy. Huhu so sy pilih yg betul2 tlg sy sungguh2. |

emm .. mcm tak paham kenapa loan tak lulus kalau calculation gaji bersih melebihi monthly loan repayment setelah ditolak semua commitment.
