KEK BUAH KUKUS / BAKAR

250 gm Butter
230 gm Superfine flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 tsp mixed spice
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tbsp Glycerine
115 gm Brown sugar
5 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 kg or 800 gm Mixed fruits
2 tbsp condenced milk
1/2 tbsp fruit cake paste (optional)

Cream butter, condenced milk, glycerine and
orange juice.
Mix 50 gm flour to mixed fruit.
Beat eggs and brown sugar till light and fluffy.
Add in creamed butter.
Fold in flour.
Fold in mixed fruit.
Bake the mixture into 2 thicky lined and greased loaf
pans OR a 9 inch round pan at 160'c for 30 minutes and then turn the oven temperature down to 150'c and continue to bake for 45 or 50 minutes or till cook.
This fruit cake is more delicious after a few days,simply wrap it up with a alu-foil and keep it in a air tight container in the fridge.

pepagi ni masuk forum ingatkan nak tanya iron2 chef kat sini resepi kek buah kukus...skali..tup2 Chanel dah buh resepi kek buah....leganya rasa....

TQ Chanel.:tq::tq:....mcm tau2 jer I nak resepi kek buah....

Ada sesiapa tak yg ada resepi KEK BUAH KUKUS punya.....dah lama dah carik yg version kukus ni....

Glycerin

A clear, sweet syrupy liquid extracted from animal fats and vegetable oils, and is a by-product of soap manufacturing. It is used (in small amounts) in certain cake, pastry, and icing mixtures. The reason being that it is able to draw moisture from the air, keeping these products most and extending their shelf life.

kak liza belajar kek ni 18 thn dulu..
masa tu takder oven..tu yg dok buat..




KEK BUAH KUKUS

Bahan:
200 gm butter
200 gm gula halus
300 gm tepung gandum ]
2 s/teh baking powder ] ayak
1 s/teh soda bikarbonat ]
3 biji telur
1 s/teh esen vanila
100 gm gula....cairkan kekuningan
250 gm buah campur

Cara:
1. Butter dan gula dipukul sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan esen vanila.
3. Masukkan bahan yg diayak dan buah campur.
4. Masukkan gula yg dicairkan dan kacau rata.
5. Panaskan kukusan sehingga mendideh.
6. Kukuskan adunan kek selama 2 jam. Jangan biarkan air menitik dalam adunan kek.
7. Sejukkan kek baru dipotong dan hidangkan

Glycerine tu mcm sirap gula, warna dia jernih. Biasa guna utk buat aising fondant. Bleh beli kat kedai yg jual barang kek tu. Tapi I tak penah plak tau bahan ni boleh guna utk wat kek. Something new, I nak try kek ni. mesti sedap banget.. TQ chanel.

to speedial & sapa2 yang berminat.....ni sutra punya resepi kek buah kukus..dapat dari seorang kawan..sutra selalu buat...memang terjamin sedap...hehhehhe....

KEK BUAH KUKUS

  Bahan2nya:

  2 cawan gula halus
  1 cawan gula (dihanguskan dgn 1 cawan air - prepare ni bila semua adunan dah
  siap ok).....
  600 gram tepung gandum
  5 biji telur
  500 gram butter (kalo taknak berminyak sgt,bleh dikurangkan...abt 300 gram
  pun ok...tapi kalo kering sgt pun tak besh..)
  3 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
  3 sudu kecil cream of tartar (tak tarok pun takpe..)
  2 sudu kecil esen of vanilla
  1 paket mixed fruits

Cara2 membuatnya:

1. Terlebih dulu,ayak tepung bersama dgn soda bikarbonat n cream of tartar.
    Kemudian masukkan mixed fruits dan gaul rata. Ketepikan.
2. Pukul butter dan gula sampai kembang. Kemudian masukkan telur satu
    persatu. Dipukul lagi sampai naik n kembang.
3. Setelah itu,masukkan campuran mixed fruits tadi ke dlm adunan. Gaul rata.
    Tak perlu pukul...memadai gaul dgn senduk sebab takut pecah plak mixed
    fruits tuh.
4. Sementara tu,panaskan loyang.
5. Setelah adunan cukup rata,baru siapkan gula hangus.Jgn sampai hangus sgt
    ye nanti pahit plak.
6. Agak2 gula tu nampak kekuningan...masukkan air sket supaya tak pekat sgt.
7. Then,bleh lah masukkan gula hangus tu ke dlm adunan yg telah siap tadi.
    Kacau cepat2 sampai rata dan sebati semuanya.
8. Lastly,adunan ready utk dikukus. Jgn lupa,sapu acuan dgn mentega n
    taburkan tepung sket supaya bila masak nanti,ia taklah melekat pada acuan
    tuh.
9. Kukus adunan selama 3 jam dgn api yg sederhana.

akhir sekali selamat mencuba dan jangan lupa amik gambo....hehehehee....

KEK KUKUS BUAH LAPIS

Baha-bahan
1 mangkuk telur [asingkan putih dan kuningnya]
3/4 mangkuk gula kastor
1 mangkuk tepung gandum
1 s/k baking powder
1 mangkuk buah campur
1 mangkuk butter
1 s/k esen vanila
6 s/b susu pekat
pewarna hijau dan kuning

Cara
1. Pukul putih telur sehingga kembang dan ringan.
2.  Dalam mangkuk yg lain pukul kuning telur dan gula sehingga kembang.
3. Dalam mangkuk yg lain juga pukulkan butter sehingga kembang dan campurkan esen vanilla dan susu.
4. Masukkan kedalam mangkuk yg berisi kuning telur dan kacau rata.
5. Masukkan pula tepung yg telah diayakkan dan  putih telur. Kacau rata.
6. Bahagikan adunan kepada 3 warna.
7. Warnakan 1 bahgian hijau dan 1 bahagian warna kuning.
8. Panaskan kukusan.
9. Lapiskan 1 warna dan kukuskan.
10. Bila dah 10 minit/masak taburkan buah2 dan lapiskan dengan warna yg lain.
11. Kukuskan semula dan buat saperti yg sama sehingga adunan dan juga buah habis.
