Hi amida nak share masakan korea utk yg berminat nak taulah....
Kimpap - (kim=seaweed, bap=cooked rice)

Kombinasi warna dlm kimpap...Hitam (seaweed), Putih (nasi), Merah (lobak merah), Hijau (spinach, timun), Coklat (daging/tuna), kuning (pickled radish, telur).

RESEPI KIMPAP

Daun sesame
seaweed (empat segi) kalau beli dekat kedai Korean...cakap "kimbap yong kim"
tikar buluh utk mengulung
sesame oil
kicap korea (kalau takda gantikan garam biasa)
sardin tuna
mayonis
Timun - potong memanjang
Radish - potong memanjang
Lobak merah - potong memanjang (tak perlu rebus ya gunakan yg mentah) nanti rasa ranggup
telur - digoreng dululah
1 1/2 pot beras korea/atau beras jepun pun boleh (beras bila dimasak akan melekat/sticky)
*tidak boleh guna basmati atau beras malaysia

CARANYA
1.  Masak nasi menggunakan rice cooker
2.  Apabila nasi sudah masak, ambil sedikit kacau dgn garam, sesame oil
    (gaulkan sewaktu nasi tengah panas)
3.  Letak tikar kecil utk menggulung kimpap di bawah, kemudian letak
    seaweed diatasnya.
4. Letak nasi tadi atas seaweed, leperkan nasi tersebut jgn terlalu byk
sedikit jer, pastu atasnya daun sesame (kalau tak da pun takpa), letak
sedikit mayonis, susun timun, lobak merah, daging/ikan tuna, radish
    secara memanjang/melintang
5  Gulung seperti gulung lemang mengunakkan tikar khasnya utk
menggulung kimpap (ikut seperti dlm gambar)

Ezinett - seawed yg makan mcm tu....jenis seawed size kecik (size roti creakers tu)
kalau nak buat kimpap ni jenis yg besar sket

cari kat mana2 hypersupermarket cam Carrefour atau Jaya Jusco bahagian makan import korea/jepun mesti ada

ct - betul mcm sushi tapi sushi guna bahan yg mentah (ikan mentah) sbb tu makan sushi kena makan dgn sos hijau tu (wasabi) pedas2 mcm mint sket tu nak kasi hanyir ikan hilang

kalau kimpap ni bahan lain (telur goreng gulung, radish, timun, karrot, etc)

Mak Kimchee - Bechu Kimchee

Ingredients: (4 servings)

3 heads Napa cabbages (22 1/4 lbs, 10kg)
Salt (4% weight of cabbage)
14 oz(400g) radish 21 oz (600g)

Mix & marinade to make the sauce:
1 1/3 cups of water
2 T flour
2 T salted tiny shrimp
2 T anchovy sauce
2 bunches chives (1 3/4 oz, 50g)
3 green onion 5 1/4 oz (150g)
Ground chili pepper 3 1/2 oz (100g)
Sugar 1 3/4 oz (50g)
1 T grated ginger root
8 T crushed garlic (or more)

1. Cut the trimmed cabbage heads into 2 or 4 sections and soak them the brine.
2. Cut the radish into thin slices.
3. Wash the oysters and sponge seaweed in slightly salted water.

4. Cut the aromatic vegetables into 2"(5cm) lengths.
5. Mix the radish strips with the red pepper paste until the peppery red color is set.
6. Mix in all the remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pickled fish juice, and sugar. Finally, the stuffing is ready when the mixture is tossed with the oysters.
7. Pack the stuffing between the layers of leaves, holding back the leaves and layering the stuffing under them.
8. Firmly wrap the stuffed cabbage with the outer leaves; stack them in a crock, cover with the salted coarse leaves (PRELIMINARIES), and press down lightly.

BIBIMBAP

Bahan:
*nasi yang sudah dimasak
*s.h.i.take mushroom
*lettuce
*taugeh
*timun - hiris halus
*daging hiris nipis2(betul2 nipis punya)
*kicap cair dan sediit kicap pekat
*sedikit sesame oil
*daun bawang
*sedikit bawang putih
*telur mata kerbau

CARA:
*daging diperap sekejap dgn kicap, sesame oil, s.h.i.take mushroom dan daun bawang
*goreng  macam tu je ( nk tambah minyak sket pun ok, tp tak payah dah sbb nk goreng kejap...masak cepat sbb daging tu betul2 nipis)

kimchi..hehhehe..teringat masa kat seoul dulu..mkn apa2 pun mesti ada kimchi..
catz ckp dlm hati..hehhe..kita kat mesia mkn kena ada sambal belacan..kat korea mesti ada kimchi..catz tak lalu sgt tapi cuba jugaklah mkn...

teringat  masa on de way nak pi skiing..singgah kat hentian rehat kat hiway.. mkn nasi dlm mangkuk.. nasik tu ada campur2 dgn sayur..nasik tu di masak panas mcm ala2 nasik goreng..di campur beberapa sayur jeruk..n ada telur sebijik di pecahkan kat atas nasik..nak makan kena cepat2 gaul dgn nasik supaya telur tu masak...so jadik cam nasik goreng..n mangkuk tu tersgt le panasnya..
n ada disediakan beberapa benda cam kimchi dlm mangkuk kecik...
sedap gak le...
