Setahu aku, hanya klinik2 tertentu sahaja yg ada neostrata ni. Aku penah bwk mak aku utk hilangkan masalah pigmentation dia (di selangor).

Mula2 dr akan tgk keadaan kulit, buat evaluation dan suggest the items she'd need.

Definitely lah kena charge, mcm beli ubat kat klinik, under dr's prescription. Unless u can claim dari company (medical benefit).

Harga aku tak ingat, tapi nite cream tu quite pricey, almost RM100 jugak (kecik je tiub tu). Or if u see the ad dlm paper just call them and ask whr the nearest klinik in ur area. That's what my wifey did.
