korunk sume...ak baru lagi...sori kalo tajuk ni da ade....

ak nk tny....ak skang da 21...bntuk bdn ok la....tp kengkdg perut ni kembung sket...besa la lepas mkn.....hehehe....

ak nk tny kot korunk ade care tuk dpt body yg fit...ade six pack gitu.....x six four pn ok la.....kn.....

ak da 21, boleh lg ker....ak dengar rumour kate sblm 21 kna bg dpt body yg kite nk....kalo 21 bdn kite tetap @ bertambah...tul ker.....

so kalo korunk ade care pling mudah nk jd fit.....btau la....cr susah pn x kesah la...hikhik....ak pn msih mude...hahaha

being fit is good rite...tuk kesihatan kite n penampilan kite gk....tul x????

1.  utk dapatkn 6pack kena rajin situp/crunch. buat situp biasa n situp tepi utk otot tepi perut.  klau hari ni buat 10kali esok tmbh jd 15kali lusa tmbh jadi 20 n seterusnya.  berterusan.  jgn kejap buat pastu lamaaaa x buat lakkk...hehehe...asal rajin, jadi je...actually ade byk gak step utk perut nihhh tp nk terangkn bertulis x reti arr..kena tunjuk baru senang nk tau betul ke x caranya...klau ko gi gym ade instructor leh tunjuk...

2.  elakkn perut buncit, lepas mkn jgn terus minum.  jarakkn dlm masa 5minit baru minum.  lepas mkn sekurangnya melangkah/jalan/gerak 40 tapak.  

3.  bentuk badan akn terus berubah kecuali tinggi akn stop bila usia 21thn.  jd xde masalah klau ko nk mula skang bentuk bdn ko...

uikss..jgn ar cmtu beb...mkn bersulam air tu yg buat perut cm tong...lg elok klau ko minum dulu pstu bru mkn nasi...jd ko mkn nsi sket je...dh kenyang air...x cun ar perut boncettt...hehehehe...

hahahhaha
die suh aku joging dlm 10minit dlu , kasik peluh2 , then bru msk gym..
time otot2 tgh pns , pahtu pekena situp ke bru lemak2 tbakau

pahtu die suh aku benti mrookok

ko minum ais x?  klau x minum ais isap rokok xpe je lagi..klau buat 2-2 memang x ok langsung...melemahkn stamina...

lari 2.4km...bape cepat kite leh lari.....

sit up....bape byk dlm 1 minit....3X

push up.....bape byk dlm 1 minit......3X

blip test lak.....kite akn lari dlm jarak 20m ulang alik.....ade level die.....
paling tinggi 20....ak penah dpt pn 12.6 je....

tahniah jd new moderator....aku bru lg...ape mendenyer tuh....hahaha...
berat ko 100kg...so BMI ko pn tinggi la eh....
ko tau aku penah latih 1 minggu tau....dr pagi pastu petang pastu malam....3 jam setiap sesi tu la.....
aku dpt turun dr 65kg ke 61kg.....okey x.....
aku tinggi 172 jer....hahaha....
ni latih taekwondo la....bace la forum taekwondo ak...hahaha....macademia ade situ gk....
rase best gk sbb dpt turun kategori....dr feather ke bantam weight....dr 62-67 ke 58 ke 62....hahaha
so point ak ialah pe huh....
ko slalu pi gym kn skang.....tgah cube dpt body yg fit la ni eh....

go go cayok.....aja!2 fighting....
nanti wat test tu eh

loh ko leh wt sendri ngan kgkawan la....

lari 2.4km....bape ko dpt....ak rase 8 minit ke bawah is excellent
push up....dalam seminit ko leh wt baper....tp kna wt 3 kali la....excellent 50kali seminit n dpt maintain
sit up pn same.......
blip test ni ade cd die....ade jual kt supermarket yg jual psl brg sukan kot....
