6weeks pregnant. janin tak nampak lagi.....tolonggg....

assalammualaikum....
tumpang tanya....ada tak antara forumers yg penah experience this?
This is my 4th pregnancy, 1st n 2nd ceaser, my 3rd was miscarriage last year January. Masa buat D&C , my gynae kata bekas jahitan ceaser tuh is thinning...she advice me not to conceive within a year, risky katanye.....possibility rahim ruptured.......and now, i get preg again, accident actually ...new year baby... Yesterday, i went to c another gynae, just to get 2nd opinion....is it still risky.... masa scan my gynae said insyaallah rahim ok...but the way he scan n check is not as detail as my previous gynae..but stil hope apa yg dia cakap is true...after scan tuh he informed my hubby that dah scan, tp dia tak nampak janin and normally 6wks pregnancy memang dah nampak, he did mention that slalunyer kalau kes camni, 10 to 20% janin ber masaalah.....allah.....nak gugur jantung biler dgr.....
tuh yg nak tanya, ada tak anta forumers yg penah hadapi camni? 6wks pregnant tp janin tak nampak lagi? |

...technically...memang betul lerr...by 6 weeks of your last menstrual period (42 days) should be able to pick up the fetal heart...
...tapi...there are a few factors yang kadang kala membuat ianya difficult to detect the fetal heart beat...such as...if u are unsure of your last menstrual period...if u have irregular cycles and if your cycles are longer than 28 days...plus...another factor which is maternal habitat...
...at six weeks...using the transvaginal method would be able to detect the heart beat becos the transvaginal probe is closer to the fetal heart...
...transabdomen scan may not be able to pick up the heart beat if the mother is obese or on the plump side...babat2 tebal kat perut tu makes it difficult for the sonography to detect the heart beat...
...so...kalau masih tak nampak heartbeat tempohari tu...janganlah gusar sangat...tentu dr tadi ada kasi another appt rite??...so...wait for that day and have another scan on arrival...insyaallah kalau takde pape...mesti bley able to detect your baby heart beat...:love: |

masa doktor sahkan lia pregnant 4 minggu hari tu pon..
bila scan tak berapa nampak lagi..
doktor suruh datang lagi 2 minggu..
ari sabtu nie baru lia nak pegi check-up..
harap2..nampaklah bila scan nanti... |

say dah 2 kalu gugur..1st takder heartbeat..yg 2nd ni baru jer lps raya aritu...masa scan 8 wks doc ckp bb saya tak sihat sbb tak nampak...ader kantung jer tapi kosong....so dia bagi saya 1 more week utk tgk pembesaran dia.....tapi ssaya x gi slps tu sbb saya tawakkal jer..tak lama lepas tu saya turun daran then the next day gugur tapi x buat d&c sbb dah complete kuar semua....

nasihat saya awak jgn stress sangat..yg penting berdoa pd allah..kalu bole buat sembahyang hajat...pape pun sumer dariNYA...maybe kandungan awak lum nampak lagi kot..tggu jer next week.....insyallah x de pape...btw awak ader morning sicknes tak..masa 2nd preggy saya langung x der ms...:pray: |

morning sickness memang ader cuma tak truk sgt di 6 mingggu pertama....2,3 ari nih ajer baru rasa mual yg amat...pala pun cam lain macam dah....

thanx for ur advise...memang tanak pikir....tp dia dtg sdri la....hehehhe....but stil i believed that kalau ader rezeki, insyaallah...kalau dah memang bukan rezeki kami, saya redha...

sehingga hari nih....saya masih cuba utk tidak terlalu memikirkan perkara niih....tak jadi keja dibuatnyer....pasti ader hikmah di sebalik apa yg terjadi.... |

doktor pon ckp mcm tak konfiden..
camna nie..boleh main agak2 pulak..
bila lia tanya dah berapa minggu..
doktor ckp datang lagi 2 minggu..
risau la pulak...:geram:

saya advice awak jumpa gynea dari gi klinik2 biasa ni..sbb gynea mmg pakar....derang bole monitor dgn details...saya mmg kalu hal2 mcm ni mmg refer gynea.. |

my experience... masa ngandung ari tu, at 8wks mmg nampak kantung kosong jek... pastu ada minor spotting... tapi alhamdulillah, baby saya selamat dan sihat walafiat sampai sekarang
dun worry to much... dr check tu based on first day of last period kan... bukannye leh tau exactly bila baby tu terbentuk kan... estimate jek tu.. unless dia buat ultrasound yg masuk from bawah tu...yg tu tepat..  |
