Cannot detect COM ports

Guys,
How to enable blk COM ports ni eh?aritu aku tepakse shutdown dgn cara yg slh sbb tiba2 hang.then bile restart,akunye laptop takde bunyi.tgk2,COM ports dh takde.Ape patut aku buat?Aku dah try system restore but to no avail.Plss,need some help |
