sori yer kalau dah ada topik ni, tapi dah search2 mcm tak jumpe..

just nak tanye, pasal darah pekat..ape puncanyer yer??sbb smlm gi amik darah, doktor tu kate darah aku pekat + hitam (tak merah mcm darah biasa)..kenape eh??adakah ni satu penyakit??salah makan??keturunan??atau kurang exercise??

dr bleh tolong jawab tak??dan cemane cara nak mengatasinyer...tq yer..

Darah pekat selalunya dikaitkan dengan 'polycythemia' dimana kandungan sel darah merah lebih dari normal. Darah warna hitam tu mungkin disebabkan darah diambil dari saluran vena. Untuk mencairkan darah... banyak makan sayur, buah2an dan ikan. Kurangkan makan daging. Aspirin pada dos rendah (eg 75-100mg) boleh juga menolong mencairkan darah.

Dulu Bub penah di ambil darah oleh doc, pekat n itam jgak. Bb tanya doc tu naper itam. doc kata Bub takut. mmng pon Bub takut, takut jarum..huhuhuuh...tapi mmng btol ker kalu takut darah jadi itam...jeng jeng jeng... kalu cenggini surenyer vampire tak isapnya darah Bub....hahaha... tapi 4 sure, takut gak eh kalu darah jd itam nie sbb penyakit ker tak normal ape2 bende. tapi lepas kuar checking, dlm result x ader paper pon penyakit....semua normal...mmmmmm...

sedikit info pasal darah pekat:

Thick blood, also known as hypercoagulability, is a condition where the blood is more viscous (thicker and stickier) than normal. The unusual increase in the thickness of blood is due to an abnormality in the clotting process. The thickened blood hinders the circulation of oxygen, nutrients, and hormones and prevents them from being transferred successfully to tissues and cells throughout the body. This may result in widespread nutritional and hormonal deficiencies as well as Hypoxia, a condition in which cells have a low level of oxygen.

When the circulatory system is functioning normally, the clotting process begins only when a cut occurs in a blood vessel. Thrombin, a blood enzyme, is released into the bloodstream. It promotes a biochemical reaction which results in the formation of clotting agents. The sole purpose of clotting agents is to create a single clot. When the job is done, the clotting process should come to a halt. But for those with chronic conditions, these clotting agents do not turn off, but rather begin to coat the capillaries with a fibrin layer. Diantara komplikasi polycythemia:

1) Blood clots. Polycythemia menyebabkan darah lebih pekat dari normal, ini menyebabkan perjalanan darah jadi perlahan dan meningkatkan risiko darah senang beku. Darah beku boleh menyebabkan stroke, heart attack, pulmonary embolism,deep vein thrombosis.

2) Splenomegaly.

3) Polycythemia boleh menyebabkan gatal kulit.

4) Ulcer perut, gout dan batu karang buah pinggang

aku pun rs cam drh pekat jer..selalu gatal kulitdoc ckp allergeic..smpai skrg kena amik ubat selsema utk kasi hlg gatal..ader x sesape tahu rwtn lain..

doc ckp allergic..sbb tu kena amik uabt selsema utk hlgkan gatal2..selain madu, aper lg makanan yg sesuai utk mencairkan darah..risau jgk kalu trpksa brgntung dgn ubat..

x tau ler..sy tanya kalu ader antibiotik,tp doc ckp x yah amik antibiotik..skrg ni mmg brgntg dgn ubat spital ler..ingat nk try madu plak lps ni..ader x sesaper yg tahu kat mana blh dapatkan madu keluaran pusat rawatan manjero jitra,kedah
