actually i'm so tired of eating 5 cups of veggies ..boleh tak i drykan spinach leaves ker, sawi ke, then i blend n jadikan serbuk taruk dalam capsule n telan?
i tanak pil2 luar tu.. macam tak selamat..
kalau senokot tu .. ok tak?? cus my mom takes it daily... |

neeway kl wajib pon.. naper tak pelbagaikan...
wat tomyam ker..
wat sayur campur ker..
wat salad..

oh ya..
5 cups tu utk lose weight dengan jayanya.. hehehe
dekat 8 serving of veggies lah kiranya..
sepatutnya 3 cawan veggies sehari.. tapi i stil lapar.. so, i eat 1 cup before a meal, and 1 cup after a meal.. so total2.. ada 5-6 cup ...
contoh menu saya makan
breakfast
1/2 cawan baked beans, 2 keping roti 7 grain, 1 biji telur goreng dengan fat free spray (0 veggie)
snack
1 cup fatoush ( 2 serving veggies )
lunch
1 mangkuk sup sayur (2 serving)
1 cawan brown rice
1 ketul ayam bakar masak merah
1 cawan sayur ( 2 serving)
snack
1 cawan yogurt
dinner
1 cawan sayur goreng light ( 2 serving)
1/2 cawan mihun sup , veggies ada 1 cup .. (2 serving)
kadangkala malas nak masak gi opis la..
sebab tu nak cari anything can be done to increase my fiber intake..
veggy lover, i am..
ada tak apa2 pil natural fiber yang disajes.. |

nah, it's not weird..
food pyramid nye serving.. macam tulah..
tapi usually orang makan nasi banyak dari sayur.. and that's weird. |
