Dah try email kat marketing dia but until now still takda reply..

berminat gak but tak tau modal dia bape..

(Boutique Concept)

1.
Opening Administration Fees
RM30,000.00 (West Malaysia) and RM32,000.00 (East Malaysia) for ELIANTO BOUTIQUE MODEL for Concept Design, Initial Instructions and Training, Supervising the set up of the Outlet.
RM15,000 Booking Fee upon signing of the Letter of Intent, deducted from the Opening Administration Fees. Non-Refundable if any cancellation on the licensing investment.

2. Security Deposit RM20,000. Refundable upon the end of the Licensing Term

3.
Agreement Terms Three (3) years with renewal option for a further Three (3) years subject to Licensor and Management of Shopping Mall抯 discretion

4.
Product Margin
40% from Retail Price

5.
Location
Must be at SUPER PRIME location of all major shopping mall and Commercial Business District approved by the Licensor

6.
Renovation Cost

Renovation Cost will be borne by the Licensee.

tul la..modal tinggi
and untung cuma 40% ..
produk2 elianto ni dah lah murah2,dgn untung cam tu mmg agak krg memberansangkan....
baik jual baju margin untung 50%-200%
