i am not speculating on anything. but careful to those of you yg study abroad ni . Make sure that your UNI actually being recogniced BY MOH AND MMC bukan JPA - JPA tahu hantaq but not accrediting or CHECK dgn LAN.
so sapa yg tak masuk senarai uni boleh ambil exam kot rasanya dgn MMC or MOH.

ho lepas grad med school but he is doing Master = tahap registrar

tapi think positive lah - under provision so that does not mean he is a bad doctor , just  more practise under supervision and u must know bukan smeua org acquire skill klinikal yg sama so i tak der rasa apa pun. he 's under HUKM anyway so?..undrr many eyes of supervision...alahai..

tiap docs kat m'sia kena register kat MMC... dan mesti ada sijil amalan tahunan (APC) yg diperbaharui tiap tahun.. Nak check doc anda ada APC tahun ni ke tidak boleh semak website kkm dan cari bawah Perkhidmatan Online , semakan doktor berdaftar... selalunya entah sebab apa... sijil practise ni selalunya lewat keluar... hujung2 tahun baru keluar walaupun kita dah hantar borang dari awal tahun..

selalunya docs yg grad dalam negeri jarang ada prob dgn MMC registration sbb protokol dah ada selepas grad.. docs yg grad overseas yg selalunya ada masalah MMC registration esp yg dah kerja kat overseas setahun or dua.. disebabkan kena produce sijil good clinical practice sebelum MMC luluskan registration...docs yg grad overseas yg terus balik dan berkerja dgn KKM selalunya tak ada problem ni sebab tak perlu sijil ni.. docs yg balik dari overseas dan berkerja dengan kementerian pendidikan (universiti) perlu tunjuk sijil ni sebelum boleh dapat MMC registration..dan i believe dr sheikh falls under this unfortunate group..

Kalau ikut akta diatas hanya doktor2 yg nak buat practise dengan public saja perlu daftar dgn mmc. Doktor yg bekerja dengan fakulti perubatan diuniversiti tak perlu daftar.

yes i agree.. thats why dr sheikh boleh practise.. sbb dia under fakulti ..
tetapi ada juga doktor yang bekerja dgn hospital of the universiti and tidak dibawah fakulti... dan mereka kena ada mmc..
