KENAPA DENGAN AKU???

Ni nak mintak tolong semua forumner, aku ni giler kerja tp family alwayz the 1st.

KERJA: Aku ni type OBSESSIVE person in my duties, tp klu colleague get promotion..i don't mind IF he/she capable to do...IF NOT, aku rs mcm aku ni kena cold storage jer...BOS tak nmpak ke aku ni lebih capable..WHY??? apa aku patut buat....

FAMILY: my wife alwayz give me full support. Even the above case she also advise me eventhough not her line...respect her!!! SO far NO PROBLEM & KONFLIK in my own family, cuma jauh di Malaysia.

Mohon bantuan, rs demotivate sesgt ni....

ape pun keep on the gud work doalah bebanyak biar bos u nampak hasil kerja u suatu hari nanti..

sebenornya masalah aku, bos aku tau aku boleh kerja n tolong dia...tp bos letakkan aku di area kerja yg x penting pung...sbb tu aku kata mcm kena cold storage jer ...

tp semlm aku dah tulis email kat bos projek lain, minta tolong transfer aku ke projek dia...
klu x faham lg, nnt aku xplain balik....

coba ko buktikan dlu kebolehan dan komitmen tu..
kalau dah terbukti..
tak payah minta...
bos ko plak akan datang cari ko..

pikir balik ...ada ke salah silap sana2 sini yang menyebabkan ko seprti tidak diharap dapat memikul setu2 tugasan berat..

belajar lagi ape2 yang perlu dibelajar....
