investmnt yg bagi best return.. well share market tgh bullish skrg..
bole invest direct share market and unit trust..
welfare ada tax incentive kot.. sama jugak kalau buat derma ke badan2 kebajikan..
even buat co. annual dinner pun bole reduce tax..

good investing perlu strategi, proper planning & patient..
actually bole ikut investing rule of thumb..
100-age = balance (that should invest in high risk - equity allocation)
so the higher the balance, the higher ur investment risk profile should be..
maklumlaa..usia masih muda.. kena amik risk lebih utk higher return for long term.. |

kete, rumah tu dah ada... lagipun kalau beli ats nama sendiri, still kena keluarkan dulu
pastinya taxable jugak as income.. unless beli atas nama compny as asset.. maybe jugak ekk..
beli tanah and main share ni mcm speculative pulak.. too risky

investment risk profile tu maksudnya kemampuan pelabur menanggung risiko..
ada 3 jenis profile : aggressive, moderate & conservative..
dlm kes kwn ko ni..
better beli asset for the company.. for long term investment..
balance tu boleh masuk unit trust..
since die ada amaun yg besar, byk cara bole manage investment die...
tak perlu peram investment lama2.. (mcm kirawang ajar.. )
once dah untung.. bole repurchase/switching
yg penting mcm ko ckp.. die nak yg stable investment kan..
so takyah masuk share market.. yg tu too risky..
diversify investment in both high & low risk portfolio..
lets say die ada 4 juta & die seorg pelabur yg aggressive
so suggestion bole 60-70% in equity fund & balance in bond fund |
