actually, aku tgh kaji n study pasal ni sebab minat gila nak wat biz tp xcukup info n kena tny dari org2 yg pernah kan?

so utk permulaan, apa yg aku perlu untuk mulakan biz secara franchise nie....

gud luck utk semua para usahawan n bakal usahawan melayu kita...

aku nak wat franchise futsal...ok x ek?dgn sportplanet malaysia...aku tgh kaji lg la...tp mcm ibm632 ckp 2 betul, xperlu iklan sgt biz franchise nie sbb BRAND dia dah well known...

aku bg info psl franchise SP ckit yg aku dpt:

1) modal lebih kurang 400k utk 4 court...(besar beb modal die)
2) yuran frnchise 30k (sekali je byr), bulan2 5% dari sewa court

nie xmasuk lg sewa kilang or tmpt yg kita nak wat court 2....kalo byk duit blh la wat sendiri..kira mmg besarla investment nie..

tp SP nie terkenal n dgn mudah dpt customer,i`allah...pas2 kalo tempat ok dlm 1thn dah blh dpt modal...

pe pendapat ko?

dah hampir 2 tahun aku running dobi...aku tak buat franchise...aku setup sendiri...

futsal ni, kalau ko setup sendiri, susah ke...? mungkin boleh kurangkan kos...

pandangan peribadi aku...kalau orang nak main futsal, rasanya diaorg tak memilih brand futsal...ko setup cantik2, mesti ramai yang nak main kat situ...

just make sure the franchise system is register with MFA.. know the franchaisor, learn the system, buat mystery visiit to other franchisee outlet.

understand the fee charge, what and   why..make sure the franchaisor have a standard operating procudere manual.

and study the contract!

thanks hazel... mmg aku tgh study..yela modal pon besar kan...so far yg aku tau franchaisor ni mmg the best futsal franchaisor in malaysia...kalo tgk paper metro mggu ni ada lg rsanya game yg di buat di sport planet....

apa pon aku kena study abis2 lu..

bisnes dobi ok...tapi kena pandai pilih tempat...

a'ah aku fulltime...keuntungan tu, buat masa ni, boleh le lepas bayar sume...

sebelum ni aku keje sebagai editor...

memandangkan ko ni banyak tanya, ko duk mana...? aku duk shah alam...kalau dekat, leh lepak kat kedai mamak...boleh sembang2...
