For sale:-
Oil Palm Plantation of about 25,000 acres in two land titles adjoining in the upper Kinabatangan River.  75% planted  with oil palm after the land was alienated in 2000 and acquired by the present company BG in 2004.  Tenure of land is 99 years.  Price is RM500m [RM20,000 per acre] neg

        Access from Kota Kinabalu by 4 W Drive first to Keningau to Sook by metalled road and then by gravel road to the plantation from the near town of Nabawan.  The journey by road takes 4 hours of travel from Kota Kinabalu.

        Transfer of the asset can be by way of purchase of the private limited company BG owning the estate or purchase of the two land titles.

Process of transferring of ownership done through a legal firm as follows:-
1.        After a letter of intent by the interest buyer, a 7 days would be given for a due diligence on the property and the said company BG.
2.        Then 10% of the agreed purchase price app as earnest money by the legal firm.
3.        Within 2 weeks of the earnest money, the legal documents would be ready and to be executed within 2 weeks after notified by the legal firm.
4.        Failure to comply with 3, the earnest money in 2 would be forfeited.
5.        Signing of Sales and purchase agreement 40% of the app would be payable.
6.        The balance of 50% of the app would be payable within 3 months from date of agreement.
