Me nak mintak tolong sket.
Nak tanye, kalo kite nak hire "Admin" staff.
Kerja die just to pick up calls, handle faxes, filing of documents, reply emails or feedbacks...ape lagi eh..
workng hours 9-5, saturday 9-1...
she is well verse in English & ade experience
she'll be on contract based. (x yah epf & socso kan?)
how much kite nak offer salary kat die? 700?800? or less.. or more? pls help......
anyone ada cadangan? TQ....anyway me kat Melaka yer... |

saya rasa ada puan. sbb masa saya mula2 keje dulu, kat celcom, contract bi-yearly, 1st month pun da ptg epf. unless puan kaotim dgn staf tu. sbb kdg2 bila gaji x banyak, ada org dia nk gaji penuh takmo gaji kena tolak (dia x fikir keuntungan ada epf). pastu, saya rasa 800 tu reasonable utk area melaka, sbb kos x setinggi KL. saya tgk skrg kat KL pun, utk admin ala2 clerk simple ni, gaji pun 800 je diorg offer.
org ckp skrg ni zaman employer main harga, sbb vacancies x byk. |

dulu me pun kerja kat celcom as temporary data entry clerk (sem break) -
my pay was like rm30 per day...no epf, no nothing.
kalo me nak details pasal mende ni, mane nak check? ker it's just up to the employer? |

if m not mistaken, SOCSO wajib utk Malaysian, no matter dia contract or permenant.EPF x perlu.myself, utk tempoh percubaan, i x byr EPF, SOCSO i byr, mn tau kut2 dia eksiden ke ms tgh kerja, ade gak tmt nk mintak pampasan.
tujuan i x byr epf dlm tempoh 3 bln, takut staff lari (i mean kut2 dia dpt kerja tmt lain yg lg grand).kalau dia blh bertahan dlm 3 bln, insyaAllah, lm skit la kut dia kerja.
n i think gaji yg u offer tu ok, reasonable n sesuai dgn cost of living di melaka.lg pun kerja mcm simple je |

Its all about how to implement labour law in the company.Technically, epf & socso is wajib untuk mereka yang didefinasikan sebagai "PEKERJA"... so just get an assistant, do not label them as "PEKERJA", maybe something like special assistant to the company.
i pernah ada contract staff.
i hire her on yearly basis. Kira yearly renewal.
Option 1
"xxxxx" (just create any position yg tak derlah bunyi macam Staf - rate $800 nett monthly.
Option 2
Contract staf - Basic $750, epf & socso contribution (for employer) roughly $75 - so actually she is getting $750 + $75 ($825), BUT dia bawak balik hujung bulan nett $680 (after employee deduction) roughly $72. And ask her to make her decision.
and normally they go for opt 1.
ada pro and contra, sometimes they just use ur place as batu loncatan utk gain experience, sometimes they will perform much2 better than in house staf, sebab its something like "ada kerja ada gaji".

setuju. baik suruh dia pilih sendiri, nk gaji penuh ke, nak tolak EPF. kalau budak muda selalu dia nak gaji penuh je. |

suggest aku, bagi laa permenant staff, kalu tak bagus bleh buang juga, tak semestinya kontract staff ajer bleh buang sesuka hati...
kalu lokasi di melaka tuh 700-800 adalah gaji yg berbaloi dimana kos sara hidup dimelaka masih rendah.. rumah murah, makan murah, pengangkutan dekat2.. jadik mmg patut gaji 700-800 tuh...
potong laa epf dan socso.. bagus skit, nampak laa company yg prihatin, bukan company yg zalim.. bukan byk pun, tak rugi company bayar epf socso pada staff.. tak sampai bangkrup pun daripada kena sumpah dengan staff dan keluarganya nanti
" senah, apa laa ko keje syarikat macam haram jadah macam tuh.. epf takder. socso pun takder.. buat ko mati tgh jalan masa nak gi keje. tak ke mati katak.. simpanan kwsp pun takder, jgn keje laa company cam lahanat camtuh"

b4 this she worked at hotel reservation dept. Gaji not sure.
She left to take care of her kid.
She speaks good indian, chinese & of course English....She actually my friend's friend, she can get a better job, but she feels like she wants to work with people she's comfortable with...something like that liaooo....
We can't afford to pay her more than 800 at the moment, baru nak idup gaks ni..... |

Myth - MAJIKAN ZALIM TAK BAYAR EPF & SOCSO -
yang terjadi dipasaran - Ramai majikan yang prihatin - epf, socso, insuran, (saya kasi setiap hari meals allowance RM5/- lagi), staf kahwin, $200/-, dapat anak $200, duit raya $500..., ect ect ect.. dan lebih ramai majikan lain diluar sana yang jaga staff welfare bagai nak rak... dan hakikatnya LEBIH RAMAI STAF YANG LEBIH ZALIM kerana waktu bekerja (yang kita bayar every single hour) -
1. datang lambat - 1 hari 3 minit lambat - cuba calculate 1 bulan x 26days
2. pakai phone ofis, internet, for personal use
3. buat part time kerja lagi (jual avon, arcopal ect ect ect)
4. bual2 gossip artis terkini....
and they know, by law - majikan sukar sekali nak terminate them sebab they are permanent staf... lebih banyak majikan makan hati, dari staf yang sentiasa nak gaji naik sebab tak reti nak manage cost of living.....
banyak cara nak appreciate orang yang kerja dengan kita.. |
