Dilema - tolong.....

Salam all,

Me again.
Citer sket eh. Me & friend tgh set up learning ctr...Budget wise: just nice for start up & few months of operations cost. Mmg tight sket le.......kami beli mane yg perlu saja dulu...

Both of us are still working at same company.
Last week, we told our boss (foreigner) that we are setting this business up & will do it after office hours & won't affect our current work. He is ok with what we're doing, even give some insights on marketing (He is damn good in marketing, especially internet marketing)...

Then, out of sudden, he offers to be a partner. He said he can provide $$$ but he won't be a sleeping partner. He wants to be involved in the business actively. Whoaaa...

Pro: Money & his expertise in marketing
Cons: his involvement as a partner, yet he is our boss in current company... susah gak kan?

what u guys think? pls give some comments.....

Jangan terlalu ramai bisness partner.. nanti business tak ke mana, hari2 gaduh. Business maju, adalah partner yg back stabbed. Kalau melingkup semua nak cuci tangan.

x yah la kut.from my own experience, kalau bos jd partner, he will always treat us like he is superior. better dun.

buatlah vice versa... u stick with ur partner and hire him as employee... mktg agent ker.....

kalau dr segi marketing ko tak seberapa better ko hired dia lah...

sbb kadang kala kita ni risau mcm2 nanti tak kemana gak bisnes tu..sbb dia boss ko..unless ko dah resign tu lain cite..sbb bygkan ko tak accept dia..heheheh..potensi dia nak menyusahkan hidup ko tu mmg tinggi.

But amik dr positif spec mmg baguslah ko take advantages belajar camne dia develop bisnes tu together ngan korang sume..

aku takde lagi org yg aku nak amik kesempatan belajar pasal marketing ni..adui
