contract : yearly
value : 10-20,000 per year/system
equipment type : high-tech electronic based equipment/ medical
level : 1st level support and PMI
training : local and factory (USA)
training duration : 2 weeks
coverage : Singapore

prefer kalau owner/operator sendiri are technically inclined and technologically competent
bidang : electronics, mechanical, medical/bio-medical/ clinical engineering dan seumpamanya...

Tajuk kau nih level tinggi sangat ni Aarie. Ini dah lebih kepada capital venture.

Aku dalam engeneering ni cuma setakat repair barang2 ELV dan communication sahaja.

VSAT company aku boleh repair tak perlu bagi kat mat salleh buat. Budak Melayu kita yang repair. IC sebesar lubang jarum diorang boleh tukar. Dalam VSAT banyak pakai IC sekecil lubang jarum dan pakai emas sebagai conductor. Maybe among 2-3 orang company Melayu yang boleh repair VSAT kat Malaysia nih tanpa perlu hantar kat Singap0rk atau bagi kat mat salleh.

i'm thinking either to start a new engineering support team
or outsource to a partner....

i've got existing customer under warranty or maintenance contract
starting 2010 aku nak reduce my workload
outsourcing will also reduce my overhead
and hopefully it will also reduce the cost of engineering support to my customer..
provided i can find the right partner...

i need to ensure you are capable of handling the contract
kalau baru nak mula... you might be technically competent
but there is no past experience of financially managing a contract that i can refer to...
bukan tak bleh...  but susah sket for me to evaluate...

looking for engineering service company yg ada excess capacity
or yg nak branch out into a slightly higher technology business...
better kalau yg dah ada experience...

prefer yg small but competent company...
nak aku share/invest sket pun ok tp aku tanak manage...

mamat/minah kilang kita mmg terror pakai wirebonders tu..

must be capable of trouble shooting, diagnosis and minor repair.. board level jer..
the equipment is too expensive to risk component replacement...
most are still under mfr's warranty..
nak provide local support to customer jer.. they need a warm body closeby...

tak susah mana pun.. tapi must be commited.. baru bleh nak cover SEA..
kalau bagus maybe can cover Australia jugak.. amacam?

yg ada field customer service (technical) experience will be advantageous...

contracts sumer inhand.. ada 3 tahun, ada 5 tahun..
all over Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei..
tapi kalau aku outsource.. it will be on a yearly basis..

Senior Product Engineer in MNC semiconductor Company. Experience designing test board for semiconductor, trouble shooting board failure, Pascal programming, Tester Troubleshooting,etc

Friend 1:
Troubleshooting Engineer in MNC Company. Job function repair test board Eagle, Teradyne, Piranha etc..  

Friend 2:
Design Engineer. Experience in designing electronic circuit for any application especially microcontroller board.

Do you think our experiece is good enough? If not, I buleh cari a few more people...

appreciate yr interest in the project...
all of you hv very good experience and are highly qualified...
however those are already covered by the factory/manufacturer..

looking for first level customer engineering support..
application, on-site trouble-shooting, system diagnostic.. etc..
board replacement instead of board repair...
combination of electro-mechanical system.. mechatronics..
periodic maintenance... customer service calls and such...

technician level pun cukup... training will be provided..

yang ada biomed takde company pun bleh discuss...

ps: US training in March.. kena apply for US visa b4 end Jan..
