Topless conductor has become a hit on the Internet

A "topless traffic conductor" has become a hit on the Internet.
The man directed traffic in rain wearing only shorts and shoes in Haikou, capital of south China's Hainan province on Sept 29.
Many netizens praised his actions as "kind-hearted" and "moving" after photographs of him were posted online recently.
Nanguo Metropolis Daily reported that the man named Guo Xiaoyang was asked by his brother, who is in charge of a construction site, to deal with equipments brought down by the storm.
