erm did this with my friend before..it's so hard to even reach 10 points..err no,i think 5 points pun tak sampai...

2.Write down your dreams and nightmares.
and also whenever you feel any pain..like suddenly you feel your fingers prickling sensation,heartburn,chest pain,stomachaches,headache......write that down..the date and day..noted the duration,type of pain,what you are doing before experience it, what you do to make it dissapear/medication,your feeling about it.......
just for the awareness of our body wellness and of course for a better history if something coming out in the future...

16.Ask of what you need.
noo...don't ask..i have many many many things i need and its all the needs that money can buy...haha

35.Learn basic science
like the formation of rain,clouds,why rainbow got 7 colours,why not 8 colours..why rainbow semi circle in shape,but not square or triangle in shape...
why plants change their leaves colour as the season change...
how our lungs know to choose only oxygens since we breath in the air in atmosphere that is compose of many2 components like nitrogen,oxygen,argon,co2..............

yes, yes..agree with this one.. just dancing in front of the mirror whilst getting ready every morning really helps in lifting up my mood...it is a way of having peace with my own body..  

lately kita suka dancing to this song.. so catchy the music...
