ade effect tak budak 2thn stop susu n hanya minum ribena...??

hai semua...
anak sya skrg umur 3thn..die stop susu umur die genap 2thn...sejak 2thn tu die dh tak minum susu n hanya minum air sirap,ribena,milo n air2 lain..tpi yg mantain sampai sekarang air ribena,,,takde effect ape2 ke or kesan jangka masa panjang ke..??kdg2 risau jugak..tpi bg susu mmg die taknak...tpi susu dutch lady yg dlm kotak tu die minum..n susu segar dutch lady die minum..so mcm mne yea...ade pendapat n nasihat blh bgtau sya....kalo ikutkan sy mmg tak suka susu tpi my hubby mmg suka susu....normal ke anak sya tak minum susu sejak die 2thn...??.dlu sya ade sembang ngn sorg nurse senior dh pencen..die ckp budak2 kene minum susu..untuk kekuatan tulang die...
ade tak sape2 yg ade pengalaman mcm sya....??? |

Jangan Berhenti Minum Susu
Amalan minum susu lazimnya beransur-ansur hilang apabila seseorang kanak-kanak itu sudah semakin membesar. Akan tetapi, ini bukanlah yang sepatutnya kerana susu perlu diambil seumur hidup.
Semua orang tahu bahawa susu merupakan makanan utama bayi sepanjang tahun pertama kelahirannya dan pengambilan susu ini masih lagi menjadi keutamaan beberapa tahun berikutnya. Bayi berusia di bawah 12 bulan perlu minum susu ibu kerana kandungan nutrien yang ada di dalamnya terbaik dan memang dicipta khas untuk mereka. Selepas itu, apabila sudah berusia lebih kurang dua tahun barulah kanak-kanak diperkenalkan kepada susu formula.
Pengambilan susu ini pula perlulah berterusan sehingga dewasa. Walau bagaimanapun, kebanyakan kanak-kanak di Malaysia mula meninggalkan rutin minum susu sedikit demi sedikit sebaik sahaja mereka sudah makan makanan pejal. Hal ini berlaku mungkin kerana susu hanya dianggap sebagai makanan untuk bayi. Jadi, apabila sudah pandai makan makanan lain, mereka sudah tidak perlukan susu.
Tanggapan ini nyata salah kerana susu sangat penting dalam kehidupan seharian semua orang terutamanya kanak-kanak sedang membesar. Untuk pengetahuan, susu merupakan sejenis makanan yang sangat kaya dengan pelbagai khasiat. Susu mengandungi vitamin A, kumpulan vitamin B, magnesium, fosforus, zink dan kalsium. Selain itu, susu turut membekalkan protein yang diperlukan untuk pembinaan tisu serta karbohidrat dan lemak berfungsi sebagai pembekal tenaga.
Walau bagaimanapun, dalam banyak-banyak vitamin dan mineral yang terkandung dalam susu, kalsium menjadikannya begitu istimewa. Kalsium diperlukan untuk pelbagai proses tubuh yang penting. Antaranya ialah untuk aliran saraf, pengawalan denyutan jantung, pengecutan otot dan penyembuhan luka. Selain itu, kalsium apabila bergabung dengan protein, vitamin D, fosforus dan magnesium akan membantu pembentukan tulang dan gigi yang kuat dan sihat.
Ketahuilah bahawa manusia perlukan kalsium seumur hidup. Kajian menunjukkan bahawa kanak-kanak sedang membesar memerlukan lebih banyak kalsium berbanding orang dewasa. Kekurangan kalsium ketika proses tumbesaran menyebabkan kanak-kanak tidak dapat mencapai ketumpatan tulang maksimum seterusnya boleh meningkatkan risiko mendapat osteoporosis apabila dewasa kelak.
Pengambilan kalsium secukupnya berupaya memastikan pembentukan tulang dan gigi yang kuat. Kalsium paling senang diperoleh daripada susu dan produk tenusu. Kalsium susu paling mudah diserap dan diguna oleh tubuh. Kalsium tidak boleh dihasilkan sendiri oleh tubuh. Hal ini bermakna, kanak-kanak perlu mengambil susu dan produk tenusu setiap hari. Kebanyakan kanak-kanak berusia di bawah lima tahun mendapat 70 peratus kalsium mereka daripada susu lembu, 20 peratus daripada produk tenusu seperti keju dan 10 peratus daripada bijirin sarapan pagi.
Sekiranya anak anda tidak boleh mengambil susu lembu, berikanlah dia susu soya. Walau bagaimanapun, kalsium yang terkandung dan susu soya dan produknya tidak sebanyak yang ada dalam susu lembu melainkan ditambah semasa proses pengilangan. Tauhu merupakan sumber kalsium terbaik daripada produk hiliran soya.
Bagi kanak-kanak yang langsung tidak boleh minum susu lembu dan susu soya, alternatifnya ialah ikan-ikan yang boleh dimakan tulangnya seperti ikan sardin dan ikan bilis. Selain itu, mereka juga boleh mendapat kalsium daripada sayuran hijau, kekacang dan bijirin. Bagi yang ingin memberi anak tablet kalsium, anda mesti berjumpa pakar pediatrik terlebih dahulu supaya tahu kuantiti sebenar yang diperlukan oleh anak.
5 Cara Galakkan Anak Terus Minum Susu
1. Pastikan semua ahli keluarga anda minum susu. Barulah anak kecil anda rasa seronok minum susu kerana semua orang di dalam rumah meminumnya.
2. Tidak mengapa sekiranya anak anda suka minum susu berperisa kerana hal ini lebih baik daripada dia langsung tidak minum susu.
3. Sentiasalah ceritakan pada anak tentang khasiat dan kebaikan minum susu.
4. Pelbagaikan cara untuk menghidangkan susu kepada anak. Antaranya ialah dengan membuat susu kocak atau dijadikan ais krim.
5. Tambahkan susu dalam makanan yang anda buat untuk anak seperti di dalam lempeng, bijirin sarapan pagi atau bubur. Hasilnya anak anda akan terus mendapat khasiat susu. |

anak buah my husband like ur case. stop minum susu bila dia 2 thn. dia minum ribena n not any flavor susu mcm doter u..
instead beli stok susu, my SIL beli stok ribena.
tpi alhamdulilah dia xd sakit ape pn. now dia dh sekolah standard 3 pn. sihat je. mcm bdk biasa.

nak tolong nasihat pun tak blh sbb anak sy pn camtu...sjk nak bercerai susu dada nie, dia mcm tak sukaaa sgt minum susu, sblm nie campur la, susu dada n susu botol...
kesian sbb dia asyik taknak susu jea, saya bagi minum ribena dgn air milo, ikut mcm kakak n abang dia...
risau jgk pk kesihatan anak, dahla gigi dah rosak, nurse bagtau sbb masa mengandung sy kurang minum susu, kalsium kurang... |

anak saya dah 4thn... mcm anak awk, anak sy hanya minum susu badan sampai umur dia 2thn setengah lepas tu dia hanya minum air oren sahaja sampai sekarang ni... air lain, susu kotak, susu botol memang dia xnak.. tapi ratah susu tepung dia nak.. so saya biar dia ratah je susu tu... macam awak anak awak suka minum susu kotak senang la buat je stok susu kotak byk2 kat rumah... |

owh mcm tu ke..?kalo mcm tu takde la risau sgt..now baru perasan gigi atas belah dlm tu dh mcm berkarat kotor...mcm bekas air ribena je...jadi mcm purple karat...gigi tu aset pulak tu..heheee...sya mse preggy pon mmg tak minum susu..nk muntah..minum soya pon hsband yg minum...kita tak sempt minum dh abis...heheee..tpi kalo ganti kn susu ngn soya boleh kn..?? |

air ribena or any air2 manis tue kalau minom sekali sekala takper. tapi kalau minom mcm style minom susu every few hrs minom for the entire day, i think its not healthy because :-
1) high sugar - sumer minuman berperisa contain high sugar - tak elok utk gigi, kidney, brain and overall well-being.
2) preservative - i always skeptical dgn processed drinks yg kata no preservatives. unless its pure blaccurrent that you blend on ur own direct from it source, itu btol 100% fruit juice. all that are bottled, they are processed.
3) theres an event of dispute with its vit c and doubt on its halal-ness - yg nie sila check further, i reserved my comment on this.
anak suka minom susu kotak tue meaning bukanlah tak suker susu langsong. boleh la supply susu kotak byk2 dlm rumah. kids need lotsssssssa calcium. in fact, kita yg tua nie pon perlukan daily calcium intake. kalau kurang kalsium, kaki kejang lah, badan rasa lesu, pemarah etc etc.....nonetheless, susu is not the only source of calcium, u can also include lots of calcium-sourced in her daily diet too. but, jgnlah galakkan anak minom air manis tue hari2.....tak elok in the long run......

my doter minum air ribena tu mcm minum susu..tiap 3 4 jm mcm tu..boleh dikatakan sehari dlm 5 6 botol air die minum...kalo mcm ni nk kurangkan la minum air tu...sbb gg die belah dlm dh nampak mcm karat ribena..gosok pon tak mau hilang... |

It's important to recognise that sugary snacks or drinks given between meals will affect a childs appetite as well as growth and behaviour.
Sugar can contribute to nutrient deficiencies by providing energy without providing nutrients. When sweet treats become the norm (more than weekly) your child is getting too much sugar - here are symptoms to watch out for:-
Obesity
When children are hungry it is easy to give them a 'treat' or quick fix to silence their cries. But if foods containing essential nutrients are going by the wayside, the rule must be 'Nutrient-dense foods should always come first'. When claims that even one soft drink can affect their health, it becomes a no-brainer to give them away in place of an apple.
Substitute food for soft drinks
There are 161 calories in a 375g can of cola which contain little if no nutritional value (sugar, colour, food acid and caffeine) where as a whole wheat muffin contains the similar calories but has six grams of protein (that helps to satisfy hunger), 4.4 grams of fibre (to keep them regular), 175g of calcium (for growing bones) 1.6g of iron (for healthy blood) and traces of most of the B group vitamins needed for bodily functions.
Don't feed them foods that they can't use.
Tooth rot
The obvious sign of too much sugar is tooth rot. Sugar breaks down in the mouth and bacteria present combines to form an acid that dissolves tooth enamel within 20-30 minutes of eating sugary foods and drinks.
It's important to destroy the bacteria with regular brushing, mouth wash or if these are unavailable at the time, you can at least neutralise the acid with aged cheese.
Regular dental checkups
Even with milk teeth, limiting sweets and sugary drinks can give your child the best start to healthy teeth. Regular six months checkups with a dentist can give you an indication if they are getting too much sugar in their diet.
Fruit juice may be high in sugar but it passes the teeth quickly (although fills them up enough not to want healthier foods), but sticky foods high in sugar like lollies or even dried fruit are more likely to create damage if consumed regularly.
Toddlers need to learn hungry signals
After one year old toddlers appetites diminish as their growth slows in comparison. They have more of a demand for food during growth spurts that may occur sporadically, explaining why sometimes they have an insatiable appetite and other times seem to live on air and water.
What is important to realise is that during the demanding days their bodies cry out for essential vitamins and minerals for growth, not just a tummy filler.
Lack of concentration
Researchers at the University of Health Sciences/Chicago examined whether eating breakfast has any advantageous effects on late-morning mood, satiety or cognitive performance and found that the children who missed breakfast were less likely to be able to concentrate at school.
Make it a rule to offer water before breakfast (no juice, even watered down), they will soon feel like breakfast.
Agressive behaviour
While researchers have shown there is no link between sugar and ADHD, the symptoms (generally recognised by distractibility and lack of social skills) can show when foods with no nutritional value replace meals with essential vitamins and minerals for brain function.
A child with deficiencies in magnesium, zinc, fatty acids and B group vitamins are more than likely to show some symptoms of ADHD.
Depression
There is evidence that children with depression may have insensitivity to insulin and impaired glucose tolerance. A doctor can order test to detect such abnormalities.
Muscle and joint pain
While Australian soil is low in magnesium and usually consumed by eating green leafy vegetables, it is no wonder that Aussie kids are naturally low in magnesium. Magnesium is the mineral needed for our muscles to relax, so not eating enough can cause cramps and even joint pain.
If your child never gets hungry because they are always grazing on snacks there is a chance that they will never be hungry enough to try essential greens they need.
Loose stools or diarrhoea
Toddlers could have trouble digesting certain sugars which will affect their internal gut flora causing loose bowel actions and possibly change their acid/alkaline levels, meaning they are more prone to build up of bacteria, and yeast infections.
Cut out sugary drinks and sweets and give them a good quality plain, no added sugar yogurt with acidophilus, or a child's pro-biotic to help restore good bacteria in their gut.
Confusion
Miss one meal of nutrient rich foods and academic performances is affected. Missing breakfast because they are full on juice will mean the brain, which uses three times the amount of glucose than other organs will show in a toddler's inability to make straight forward decisions.
Fatigue
Sugar rich foods are high GI foods, give the blood a quick glucose hit which their brain may be craving, but the body adjusts fast to regulate blood sugar levels, meaning that they will be soon have be low in blood sugar and energy.
For very active children, feed them low GI foods as the sugars takes longer to break down giving them more energy for longer periods of time. See a list of low GI foods here.
Eczema, thrush and skin problems
Scaly, flaky skin can be caused as a deficiency of protein and minerals. As the body competes for nutrients (vital organs, the heart, brain, which take priority) the skin is the first to show signs of deficiencies and sugar just adds to the battle. Omega 3-6 and 9 rich foods look after cell integrity so make sure you are including foods such as fish in their diet.

anak 1st aku pun start bhenti minum susu lps adik dia lahir..masa tu umur dia setahun 10 bln..minum milo & ribena jak stp ari..mmg dia lngsg x nak minum yg color2 putih ni mcm susu, nestum..air putih pn tak mau huhuhu tp minuman kafein mak nya dia plak lbh2...
dia seolah2 apa yg adk dia buat dia da x mo..cthnya pacifier pn dia da x mo guna start adk dia guna benda tu...kenkonon da jd abg la kot..skang dia da 2 tahun 3 bln..x pa kot x amik susu yg ptg dia aktif & sihat |

Jangka masa pjg ni tgk bdn org jgk...ada 5 thn,ada 10 thn...

mcm arwah cousin aku lar...dl ms kami kecik2 dia umur 2-3 thn dah tak nak minum susus...mak saudara aku bg minum air ribena...sampai dia dah besar minum mcm2...tp susu mmg kurang...ms umur dia 12 thn doct suspect dia kene buah pinggang...coz doct kata ribena tak elok bg banyak sgt...tak tau la kan...dah arwah pun cousin aku...skt buah pinggang... |

My son pun sama juga..umo 2 tahun langsung tak pandang dah susu..poning den laki bini fikir nak bg minum apa..takkan tak minum susu pulak..last kami beli susu perisa chocolate..alhamdullilah dia nak minum..janji chocolate lah..kalau warna putih tak memandang dah..untill now dah 4 tahun dah dia..minum susu chocolate jela.. |
