Synopsis : Mitamura Yukio is founder and president of a rapidly growing clothing company. But he achieved that by exploiting his employees (black company) and yet doesn’t realize what he did is wrong. He believes that hard work is necessary to get good result, hence he has been overworking his employees. He also delegated work to his subordinates so he could study company management from the basics. There he meets a new lecturer Akiyama Kyoko. They feel attracted each other but argue frequently because of their different backgrounds, opinions and way of thinking. In the university there are young people which is Yukio looked down to. But some incidents made him interacted with them and he get inspired. While Yukio studying, his company start to gather strength to kick him out.
