i nak buat if tp tak tercapai lg sbb pagi2 en somi ajak gi bekpes ..adoila mcmana tu
i pagi sarap cam biasa la tp jaga la quantity sikit
kuih amik seketul mee separuh gitu..minum kopi tarik (ni susah nak berenti)
lunch pulak mkn nasi mcm biasa, nti blk keje i ada masa buat low impact exercise 20,30min mcm tu
mlm mkn terlur rebus je & kdg2 minum air je mcm shake2 yg penganti mkanan tu
i nak tanya ok ke cara gini..i buat mcm ni dlm seminggu turun la juga 1.5kg

I Kerja ofis ..byk duduk je tp i rajinkn jln2 kat ofis tuk dptkn 2000 step at least.. Nasib ada jam yg boleh kira step tu
Klau sempat i sambung buat workout low impact kat rumah.. Senam yg simple2 je |

hari 1st ok buat if tp hr ke 2 rasa sakit kepala berdenyut2 ada sapa2 tau kenapa tak
tpi iols gigihkan juga..iols buat 16:8 kul 9pm start ending kul 1pm |

For sweet memang awal awal IF got effect like that you should drink more water and add electrolytes like himalayan salt.

iols pun dh hilang 2kg dr awal tahun dh start diet sikit2 ni try buat if bila dh start pkp
harap hati iols cekal la hahahaha

betul jugakan mcm mkn nasi lemak pas mkn mula la lemau mengantuk
hari ni if 13jam je ..pagi2 dh craving nasi lemak adoi la...hahaha
|

Hehe. Tapi diet ataupun tabiat kita tidak boleh diubah dlm masa 1-2 hari, kita kena kurangkan makan sedikit demi sedikit.

Salam all,
Today dah nearly 2 weeks IF, hilang nearly 2 KG. I maintaining 16 or 18hrs semoga betahan 3 months.
February ade low carb and no sugar challenge with my diet buddy, we can do this |

i memang ade craving nasi lemak also, makan mase open window saje, Feb gonna be more stricter heheh.

bila berdiet ke wat if ke masa mcm ni la craving mcm2..dugaan org berdiet kan
tu la february ni pun i nak strict sikit..bulan jan ni i try if sikit diet sikit mmg la dpt turun 1,2kg
tp tu la chance diet nak kelaut tu besar...weekend je dh mula lupa diri

Yes sis, im trying my best buat IF hari hari..me also not so strict still eat some junk food heheh, i actually gained 4.4 kg from Dec, now in the process of loosing it back and continue my weightloss journey.
To loose more kena drink 2 to 3 L water also..tu yang payah huhuhuh...
Same same we try for Feb, yg penting asal ade fasting..we can do this chaiyok
