I like this sutra a lot because it's simple and short. I do hope everybody else would enjoy it too. Since I've not fully understand the sutra which I shall not make any comment that would also cause more confusion. I would strongly recommend you to buy Thich Nhat Han's book on Heart Sutra or go to Buddhist temple to seek help from the Sangha (monk) if you're interested of learning or any question about the sutra.

Buddha had banned his disciple to use spells & magics , no matter is good or evil.

Buddha only preached:

1. The The life is sufferng,
2. The origin of the suffering,
3. The ceassation of the suffering &
4. The attained ceassation of the suffering.

The four noble truths(cattāri ariyasaccāni).

Magics and occult practices are considered to be 'low arts' by the Buddha. The highest art and miracle is the ability of a person to change from bad to good upon hearing the Dhamma. The practice of the Dhamma is the highest art.

Since the Brahmin/Hindu's toughts & teachings had mixed up with the Mahayana school, most of them do believe this was spoke or preached by the Buddha.

What we can say is, all things are raise depends on conditions.
