Constipation sebab diet anak tak cukup fibre. So as mothers kenalah make sure anak kita cukup fibre otherwise kita pun nangis sekali tengok anak nak gi toilet. I have experienced with my son with berak keras (big macam batu) and kering berbiji-biji macam tahi kambing! Ewww....
Sources of fibre (yang kids suka makan) - cereal with milk, fruits (any fruits yang your kids love), juices (careful with the sugar), yakult (vitagen dan yang sewaktu dengannya banyak gula), kurma, prunes, vegetables (experiment with vege to find out which your kids love the most sebab kids ni their taste buds are overly sensitive so some vege taste bitter to them).
Finally make sure they get enough air suam sebabnya if children are dehydrated they get constipated due to lack of water in their body. Since children are always running around and are very active they tend to lose a lot of water so we have to make sure they replenish it all back. From my observation, Chinese kids selalu bawak botol air mana-mana dia orang pergi even to shopping malls. I've even seen maids kejap-kejap suruh toddlers to stop and drink air suam from their own bottles (brought from home). Rajin sungguh dia orang.
So, to help our kids we have to help them with good choice of food & drinks. |
