Tempat jahitan lepas bersalin bernanah

My wife mintak tolong tanyakan...tempat dia kena jahit lepas bersalin ada jadi nanah rasa sakit balik...apa yg patut dibuat...normal ke??

wa...apo laie..g juper dr tuh balik..mintak dia ngkkan...jgn tg lama..nanti makin teruk infection

...go and see her dr...kalau dah bernanah dah kira infected wound...let her gynae assess  the extent of the wound breakdown....apa2 pon... she would need antibiotic coverage...

Usually only need to go for daily dressing with N/Saline aje.
But if the extent of the wound breakdown is greater, possibly yes.
Don't forget Sitz Bath on daily basis.

lor... tunggu sampai bernanah ker?... aku, masa dah berair-air pun dah cuak dah ;)

pi jumpa doktor... nanti dia kasik ader ubat kaler kuning (aper ntah nama ubat tuh... nanti balik, aku check), antibacterial cream and dressing...

bersihkan area tuh, pastuh boh ubat kaler kuning dgn gauze, then letak antibacterial cream, lastly tepek dengan breatheable dressing.

actually, kalo ngko maleh nak jumpa doktor, beli menda2 tuh  kat pharmacy pun okay kot... lepas 1-2 weeks buatr menda yang sama... should be okay... i.e. kering.


ps: sila ler jalankan peranan anda sebagai misi kalo your wife tak dapat reach tempat yang bernanah tuh :love:

Sitz bath tu ..berendam dalam air garam..

kalau wound tu besar..dan bersih.. mungkin kene jahit balik..
kalau besar dan tak jahit.. faraj jadi luas sikit... so.. kene fikir 2-3 X juga ye kalau tak nak

...most of the time yes...cos usually...kalau ada nanah...they would release a few stitches to free the collection of pus...and most of the time...kalau dah wound breakdown...some stitches dengan sendirinya tertanggal...

...kalau very bad...she may need to be admitted and have it repair in the theatre...just like one of my pts recently...quite bad jugak lerr...bernanah dan a few of her stitches dah gave way...so...repair of epi wound was done for her...

...kalau extent of the breakdown not that serious...then they can just do some wound irrigation and stitch back the wound kat e-room...sitz bath...either salt or chlorhexidine can be helpful...

...pi lah bawak your wife jumpa gynae dia balik...better get it treated early...before ianya melarat2 plak...

apsal le sampai jadik menanah nih...
pantang makan tu..jangan main hentam je..:hmm:

...eerr...aku presume putera is referring to epi wound breakdown...betul ke putera??..or lscs wound breakdown nie???...heh...

...but...kalau epi wound breakdown...then aku rasa tak perlulah nak taruk any form of dressing...sia2 jer...cos kalau ko kencing...dressing tu gerenti basah...the best is to keep the area clean and dry...kalau ko nak...bley apply procaine spirit...

this happened to my fren...haku dgr pung seram sejuk...mmg bernanah ler..after antibiotic tak ok..so g juper gynae kene bukak n jahit balik..dunno ah jahitan tak kemas ke penjagaan takk kene ker..

aku penah kena masa bersalin yang no.2..
tapi masa tu tak da nanah lagi..
just berair aje..
tapi kira cam dah terbertas sikit la
bule masuk kapas segiempat tu sekeping..

aku pegi kat klinik swasta..
dia cuci..
n then dia prescribed satu ubat (tube)
kecik aje..
then amik putik kapas n sapu2 kat situ..
lama2 dia akan kering..
n daging akan tumbuh semula..
bagus ubat tu..
tapi jgn tanya ..dah tak ingat dah
lagipun kita tak bule beli sebarangan kat farmasi
atau klinik sebb kena ada prescription dari doktor
baru bule beli..

n in between tu rajin2 la makan jeli gamat
tak kisah la brand apa pun..
asalkan makan...
lagiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii cepat kering..

:setuju:memang kena pantang aku dulu sampai sethn pantang takut sbb aku dulu x bernanah tapi berdarah kat tmpt jahit,cuba guna gamat yg luxor punya,ingat lagi aku pernah telan anak ikan haruan yg kecik guna straw telan hidup2
