reduce redness

hi...i juz want some solutions for my eyes..actually i can't stay longer in air-conditioner places  or too hot places because my eyes will turn to redness...some might say that i got eye irritation or else...but i think i alergy to too cold or too hot place..

what is it actually? is it allergy or simple symptom?so do you have any solution for it?:nerd:

...dry eyes lerrr...due to your airconditioned environment...what u can do is...try applying eye drops whenever u start to feel uncomfortable...u can buy the  natural tears eye drop...

Dry eyes biasa kena pada orang tua..yg dah menopause atau andropause. Jika ianya terjadi pada orang muda...kajian mesti dibuat jika ia mengalami penyakit lain yg membawa kpd terjadinya dry eyes.

...when u work on your pc...do take frequent breaks and do some eye exercises...kita tend to blink less bila kita mengadap pc kita...which can also cause dryness to our eyes...so...be kind to your eyes...
