I like more exercise combined with diet. Now I found a cool diet called the hourglass diet https://betterme.world/articles/hourglass-figure-diet/. Plus, such a figure really comes out of training for shoulders and hips. But yoga is also a very cool thing, especially when you want to take a break from the gym |
