Dentist - Untuk Kanak2

Maaf kalau dah ada topik ni. dah search tapi cam tak de. But really need help. My bebe umur 2 tahun 7 bulan. gigi patah, bukan tercabut tau. patah masa dia terjatuh so akarnye ada lagi la.

Apa nak buat? dah bawa to dentist yang me selalu pegi. Tapi dia kata baby umur gitu selalu dia tak buat sebab nak general bius kat dia before cabut or do anything. Dia kata gigi susu tu akan jatuh sendiri. Tapi macam my bebe kadang sakit gigi le. opss my dentist tu suggest me pegi Klinik Gigi kat memana hospital.

Ermm so before i pegi clinic gigi kat hospital, ada tak memana clinic dentist biasa yang boleh  me bawa my bebe ? clinic yang dah biasa layan kerenah budak dan masalah gigi budak le. Thank you in advance.

Cuba cari Pediatrician dentist in your area. Pediatrician dentists memang specialist untuk kanak-kanak aje. Selalunya dentist akan x-ray that broken tooth, kalau infected under the gumline, memang kena cabut. Kesian kat your child sebab sakit gigi. Boleh effect his/her emotion dan bila dah sekolah (kalau gigi kekal belum tumbuh lagi) boleh ganggu pembelajaran.

Untuk kanak-kanak, dentist akan guna general anesthesia. So your child will be asleep when the tooth are extracted. Your baby tak akan rasa or ingat  apa-apa after that. You will have to take care of your baby after the procedure and during the healing process. The baby will feel uncomfortable 1-2 days after the extraction and you have to take care of the healing site.  Everything will be back to norm after 3-4 days and your baby won't have anymore toothache

OT: I cerita nie based on my experience, our son had the same case as yours when he was 3 yrs old. Sekarang nie he loves his dentists more than his pediatricians. Can't hardly wait for his every 6 months checkups.

Saya sebenarnya kat US. Kalau you duduk area KL, cubalah pergi HUKM or Hospital UM. Selalunya hospital yang afflicted dengan university memang ada pediatrician dentist. Tak pun, you boleh tanya your dentist if he/she knows any pediatrician dentist. One more, if you are under company's dental insurance, you boleh tanya dental insurance provider the list of pediatrician dentists. Cubalah, I memang kesian kalau budak kecil has tooth ache. Kita yang dewasa nie pun tak tahan bila sakit gigi. Good luck
