ade satu kes ni berlaku pd i..

mase umur i 22,mase tu i lps mandi.mmg jd satu kebiasaan utk i n maybe utk sume wanita yg die akan check breast die depan cermin sblm pakai bra.so i pun check la mcm biase mane la tau ade benjol2 ker.tp haritu i ade picit2 my breast.tetiba mase i picit mcm nk perah susu tu...keluar susu dr puting i.mula2 sikit n bile kuat sikit picit die kuar bnyk lg.i dont think i kene breast cancer..sbb warna cecair tu sebijik mcm warna air susu badan.i jd takut..takut tht is breast cancer.after few week tu i cite kt my mom.my mom surprised n ask me wether im pregnant or not.i pun ckp la mengarut jer...fyi,im not marid yet n never had sex at all.so my mom advice g buat breast checking...tp sampai skrg i x pegi lg.

i try to ask few fren n makcik2..diorg ckp breast cancer ni klu kuar cecair tu mmg dh teruk.tp bile i cite benda tu n diorg nk tgk my breast n they said i xde cancer but maybe TERLEBIH HORMON(hormon air susu terlebih).logik ker?keturunan i xde penyakit nih.


jd klu ade doktor kt sini bole kasi tau tak what cecair is tht?rupe dan rase mmg mcm air susu ibu.

ritu i dh g spital...tp belum sempat name i kene pggil i dh balik.takut dgn result die.tp breast i masih dlm keadaan baik jer...skrg umur i dh 24.itulah pertama dan terakhir kuar cecair tu.skrg picit2 mane de kuar dh.

pegi check lah..memang kdg2 kita takut tengok result..tapi kena kuat semangat..yg aku pernah baca breast cancer ni pada mulanya tak sakit kira dia sakit dlm diam.bila dah teruk baru rasa sakit..hormon imbalance tak mungkin keluar susu. even org ngandung pun dah nak beranak pun susu tak kuar paling paling cam ada putih putih je kat puting susu dia cam kerak bedak lah..dah beranak satu hari lepas tu baru kuar susu tu pun x bnyk..tapi doc takkan buat mamogram paling paling scan je dulu.aku dulu pernah gak rasa sakit klu pegang buah dada.

The discharge could be breastmilk..
Why on earth u have breastmilk eventhough u are not pregnant???
Kena faham physiology manusia, that the breast milk is being produced after a stimulation by a breast-milk promoting hormone called PROLACTIN.

Ada beberapa condition dimana hormon Prolactin ni dirembeskan dgn byk nya oleh kelenjar pituitari..(hyperprolactinemia)..the most common is pituitary adenoma.

Pituitary adenoma ialah keadaan dimana pituitary gland u membesar(a growth), dan hormon prolactin pun byk dirembeskan..so boleh secara teorinya menghasilkan susu badan..Kalau aku nak cerita all about pituitary gland or pituitary adenoma ni , jenuh aku nak menaip ..Google aje..apa2 tak paham boleh tanya..

Apa2 hal pun, GO AND SEE A DOCTOR, bukan bomoh, bukan jiran sebelah rumah, etc etc...
Let the doctor do a physical examination on your breast, so make sure u see a lady doc(unless kau tak kisah doc lelaki yg check your breast).
Probably, a sample of blood is needed to ascertain your Prolactin level...
Lepas tu, kalau Prolactin kau tinggi, u have to go for a further investigations.

Risk of having Breast Ca?
Any of your relative ada breast cancer? Mak/kakak/makcik/nenek??
I can never diagnose here purely on one symptom that u have, ie milk-like breast discharge..so, jumpa doc ASAP.

Keadaan yg you alami dipanggil galactorrhea.

Galactorrhea ni boleh jadi  "normal" ( takde penykit), tapi mungkin disebabkan beberapa factor saperti  trauma, pembedahan, overexercise, atau ubat2 saperti  ding amphetamine, cimetidine, female hormone replacement therapy, hydroxyzine, methyldopa, nicotine, narcotics, reserpine, tricyclic antidepressants , verapamil.

Galactorrhea yg disebabkan oleh penyakit saperti cirrhosis of the liver, a false pregnancy (pseudocyesis), kidney failure,kelainan pd saraf tunjang,  prolactinoma (spt yg dibincang oleh reddevil).
