b4 this she worked at hotel reservation dept. Gaji not sure.
She left to take care of her kid.

She speaks good indian, chinese & of course English....She actually my friend's friend, she can ...

fuhh.. dah laa byk bahasa pandai... kawan baik lak tuh... ishkk.. bagi jerk gaji seribu.. bukan jadi kerani, tapi jadi PA ko....special skit jawatan...ekekekeke

my story,

nak letak receptionist kat ofis, to manage phone calls, customer dtg, simple admin work ect.

I advertise for spm school leavers, yang tinggal dikawasan berhampiran dan gaji $700
(my rationale the candidate mesti tinggal dgn parents, so cost of living sikit)

got few candidate, tapi ada 1 satu candidate ni..

she is singaporean, married to malaysian, diploma in admin, work experience memang dasyat... and she is pregnant 5 months, and ask for $1,500.00

the experience memang too good for the company, but $1,500 is too high for the post.

she called me everyday for the job, i told her.

1) i can employ her sebab she is non-malaysian. if i want to employ her, i have to get her working permit sebab she is non-malaysian, kan unnecessary cost tu

2) kalau ikut law, kena contribute epf & soce, she dont have epf account, and for her to register at epf, she must have working permit - so balik kat no 1, and why i want a non malaysian, if there is 30 applicants malaysian girls

3) she can only work for another 4 months, lepas tu she will go 2 months maternity leave (habis saper nak jaga ofis 2 bulan tu)

4) she will on and off go for medical check up, mc, and i kena consider her health masa 8-9 months, what if she terberanak kat ofis??

5) and again, kalau ikut law, i have to pay her 2 months for maternity leave...

tapi sebab kesian... i take her with this condition

1) her employement term is only 4 months
2) if she want epf & socso, rather than i pay to epf & socso, baik i kasi dia.
3) i pay her $1,000.00
4) no mc and leave. Kalau tak datang tolak gaji.

so for the 4 months i pay her $1,110 monthy  ($1,000 basic + $110 epf & socso)..

after give birth, the husband came and mintak extend the contract... so we pay her during her maternity (walaupun initially is not in the contract). i jaga dia macam staf lain, bonus ect ect ect

and its been like 3 years... after she realised, how rugi she is, tak dapat dividen epf yang 4%, she threaten me nak lapor kat epf, i said go ahead, dont make me report to police that she is holding a visa visit dan tak dibenarkan bekerja...

a month after that, the husband suruh berhenti, kononnya sebab i tak contribute epf & socso...(compare to other 10 malaysian staf yang i never fail pay the epf & socso - ada yang dah dapat keluar utk beli rumah pun)

lepas tu i heard she hoping around looking for another job... dapatlah kerja, contract juga, lagi teruk, gaji kena potong epf , i tanya dia, ada tak register kat epf, dia cakap tak, so majikan potong tiap2 bulan, masuk dalam akaun mana, i suruh dia mintak borang A, pengesahan dari majikan yg majikan baru tu did carum for her, tapi she said, majikan kata P & C. So i suruh dia pergi epf check her account, she did.... and she said, epf kata dia tak der mykad, atau permit, macam mana nak daftar jadi ahli... so kesimpulannya... kena tipu hidup2...

and on and off (after 2 years), asyiklah hantar sms and email - nak kerja balik....

Myth - MAJIKAN ZALIM TAK BAYAR EPF & SOCSO -

adui kalau ko jd bos aku dulu kan idup aku bahgia.

1) siap pegang kunci opis sbb pukul 7.15am da tpacak kat opis nk elak jem.
2) slalu x lunch pun sbb tgh diet, jd break utk solat je.
3) saturday pun sggup dtg keje.
4) walaupun jd editor, sggup train budak2 IT, conduct interviews, jd PA x rasmi bos bla bla bla. da mcm kuli batak demi nk tolong bos menghidupkan syarikat.

Akhirnya, bos xmo bayar EPF konon2 sykt baru, xmo naikkan gaji2 konon2 kena bantu sesama Melayu, xmo lak amik staf lain utk keje utk jimatkan kos. PC pun xmo beli, x pepasal aku kena bawak laptop pi opis. Cis! Last2 aku resign. Baik aku freelance je.

p/s : x paham apsal org bley sggup wat keje men2, pdhal duit gaji tu jd rezeki nk kasik mak.

I believe in performance based salary..

example: my despatch boy gaji $1300, epf, socso, medical, bonus sumer ada..
tapi mmg worth it... kerja sumer tip top..
dlm hujan ribut, kaki ayam pun dia pastikan doc reach me on time...

yang tak perform wil get surat tunjuk sebab and normally wil resign....
pay yr staff well and let them know yr expectation...

I agree 100% to this. Sakit hati bila tgk some blur bimbos sengih2 tatau keje, mengumpat melawa sepanjang masa and still dpt gaji bulanan. Patut x payah dpt gaji. Haha.
