Plot: One rainy night a young girl named Yuki goes missingunder mysterious circumstances. Following a 10-year absense, shesuddenly returns. Her friends Ken, Hajime, Rin, as well as her sisterMiyu are confused, but happy to finally see her again. Later thatnight, Yuki suddenly faints and they try to bring her to the hospital.When they arrive, they find the hospital building itself is actually astrange, mystical labyrinth.

The concept of the film was taken from the Senritsu Meikyu amusementpark attraction at Fuji-Q High Land located near Mt. Fuji. The hauntedhouse has set the Guinness world record for "The Longest Horror HouseWalk-Through" and will serve as a primary shooting location during thepark's off hours.
