boleh bagi range 350-450k ikut renovation takat mana..kl kosong letak la minimum, kl byk reno, letak la max...rumah xde strata, should not goes beyond that range. no swimming pool, no gym..lagi la drop harga..the best part is rumah sentiasa sejuk sbb hutan je keliling, hantu2 tolak tepi...so far duduk xde kene kacau ape pon..
