I have noticed one thing - Since the coming of the Internet, the popularities of Hinduism (and Buddhism) had increased. More and more Hindu texts have been translated and uploaded for the masses amd Hinduism seems to be reviving slowly.
One example could be the attitude change of Indian Christians in Malaysia. 30 years ago, Indian Christians views Hinduism (partically Shri Krishna) as just another pagan god. But today, they are trying to link Shri Krishna and Jesus Christ together - as either Jesus being representative of Shri Krishna, or same person with different name or "Son of Shri Krishna" (from Supreme Godhead). This shows that as Internet progresses more, more and more Westerners and Christians alike have started to compare both and drawing the "better" person out.
