Tolong!!! Kenapa x bleh on SKYPE ni???

Salam semua....

Ai nk minta tolong kpd yg expert ttg software...

Nape pagi ni ai on PC, skype x bleh on... tp yg kuar mesej mcm ni:

utk makluman, PC ofis ai ni masih ai guna Windows XP.

Ai dh shutdown PC 3 kali... tp still kuar mcm tu gak... huhu...

Kpd yg terer... minta guide ai mcm mana nk fix problem ni... Thanx!

Cuba try test uninstall skype tu pastu install balik.

Ai dh uninstall & delete semua file Skype.. pastu ai shut down PC...
then ai on PC semula & download semula Skype, then install... tp bila dh complete, still keluar ralat fatal error yg sama...

dh mati akal nk buat mm mana lg sbb ai communicate dgn company branches guna skype...

Most likely your SP3 installation was not successful. The GetLogicalProcessorInformation was first introduced in Windows XP with Service Pack 3 and was not present on older Windows XP installations.

It seems also that this function is only required with the latest Skype 6.7 version, so you can try to revert to the previous 6.6.0.106 version. You can install the 6.6.0.106 version using this msi-installer:

So...pengajarannya... sesape yg masih guna Windows XP, jgn gatai2 gi upgrade Skype walopun disuggest utk berbuat demikian.

Memula ai uninstall segala skype yg ada kat dlm PC, pastu ai download Skype versi 6.6 tu... terus boleh on... huhu..
