Salam, tala nak gi berkelah unit 1 group... Tp tala kena bw menu diet... Bole x sape2 bg idea menu apa yg sesuai... Tq

Buatler Bruschetta Italy menu simple tapi gempak

Bruschetta
Bahan-bahan:
13 biji tomato –didadu kecil
15 helai daun basil (daun selasih)-cincang halus
4 sudu besar extra-virgin olive oil
6 ulas bawang putih (2 ulas-cincang halus, 4 ulas ketuk sahaja)
2 batang roti perancis –hiris menyerong  anggaran 1 inci tebal (anggaran 36 keping)
Sedikit garam
Sedikit serbuk lada hitam
Mozarella cheese-diparut
Cara:
1.        Panaskan oven 200oC
2.        Gaulkan tomato,daun selasih,olive oil,2 ulas bawang putih,garam & serbuk lada hitam.
3.        Susun  hirisan roti perancis dalam dulang pembakar 3 minit atau sehingga sedikit kuning.
4.        Keluarkan hirisan roti yang panas, balikkan roti & dengan pantas gosokkan roti dengan bawang putih yg telah diketuk.
5.        Taburkan mozzarella cheese atas roti & bakar lagi sehingga cheese cair (anggaran 50saat-1min)
6.        Keluarkan roti & letakkan adunan tomato atas roti (anggaran 1 sudu besar).
7.        Taburkan lagi sedikit daun selasih untuk hiasan.

nasik putih panas ngan sambal telur hancur....pas mandi manda laut pasti rasa lapar ...pastu makan nasik panas ngan sambal telur...pergghh
