Bahan-Bahan (12 cups — bergantung pada saiz bekas)

1 cawan tepung beras
1 cawan gula
5 cawan air
4 sudu besar tepung beras (ratakan)
1 biji kelapa (diperah jadi 4 cawan santan)
4 helai daun pandan (dimesin dengan sedikit air)
Sedikit kapur
Sedikit garam

Cara-Cara Penyediaan

• Bancuhkan tepung beras, air, gula, air daun pandan dan air kapur hingga sebati.
• Dalam bekas lain, perahkan santan, masukkan tepung beras yang 4 sudu tadi dan garam. Kacau sehingga sebati dan ketepikan.
• Masakkan tepung beras yang diadun sebentar tadi (langkah 1) dan kacau hingga masak dan berkilat.
• Bila sudah masak, masukkan dalam acuan mengikut citarasa.
• Masakkan santan yang diadun tadi (langkah 2) dan kacau sehingga pekat.
• Angkat santan dan curah ke atas tepung di dalam acuan tadi.
• Sejukkan.
• Siap!
