Hmm.. Carb dgn Fat paling penting,... sebab makin banyak carb makin banyak fat akan dihasilkan...  makin banyak fat makin gemuk laa

tq ct for the excellent info...nak  tunjuk kat suami nanti.

pas tu  cadang ler  menu hari2.. arini singgang ikan ngan ulam sambal belacan... esok asam rebus ngan ulam lagi...lusa masak pindang ngan ulam..tulat ikan rebus...ngan  sup sayur..nak sedap sikit steam ikan!!!  

makanan berkhasiat..badan sihat, dapor pon berkilat2..lama2 duit banyak!!!  (gurau jer!)

Yang kita perlukan adalah makanan yang seimbang. Pada pendapat saya, semua makanan kita boleh makan... tapi jangan sampai "over" the limit sudah lah.

*sigh* baru je makan cucur udang nie...nak kena belajar makan makanan yg berkhasiat tapi menu diet ni selalunya kurang dpt sambutan..pasai apa ek??

thumbs up good info ctredzuan....betul cakap long ...bila masak yg rebus2 je dapur tak kotor hehehehe berkilat je kan.dulu2 suka juga kulit ayam tapi lepas tau kulit ayam ni fat yg takkan burn terus jadi lemak,stop dah.Makanan yg calorie tinggi ni seme sedap2 tu susah nak tahan selera,yerlah kalau kurang lemak,kurang minyak rasa pun kurang hehehehehe makan kena berpada2 berhenti sebelum kenyang...rasa hari tu makan byk lebihkan masa senaman.Tak pun puasa sunat  isnin n khamis pahala pun dpt.

beras merah kalau di ganti dgn nasi putih kurang sedikit kalori dia kan?begitu juga dgn roti gandum tulin...tunggu cik ct bagi info lagi...

Its true Fiona...
brown rice is better than white rice...

kalau nak makan nasi putih pun boleh..tapi tak boleh makan banyak...
nasi sikit aja..lebihkan sayur,ikan dan sebagai nya.
