Hi shanew..
Last time ada pernah terbaca sebuah buku excersice yg bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan ketinggian even dah lebih usia sepatutnya..Kat belakang buku tu ada a lot testimonial oleh orang2 yg dah berjaya tingkatkan ketinggian dengan melakukan senaman tu..
Tapi dah lupa la tajuk buku tu.. Ia ada beberapa langkah excersice yg bila dilakukan rutin 4 example buat about a month n akan ada perubahan cm tinggi badan..
Jap..jap nanti org carik balik tajuk buku tu eks..

dulu time skolah menengah kat asrama, ada abang indon tukang cuci kat siru.dia nie memang pakar bab mengurut orang.dia cakap kalau nak tinggi cepat,time tido silangkan dua tangan,letakkan atas kepala;bukan atas dahi.
aku try 2-3 kali jer. rasa macam nanti makin pendek plak..

waa...sy nak tinggi gaks..   hihi  org kata kalu kite salu lompat2 nanti leh tinggi..hihi..sy ade sorg member nie..pendek gilerr mase school tp now nieh die dh tinggi...nak tau ape die buat??!!!   hari2 ..satu jam die bergayun kt pokok..   eheheheh...

Actually buku tu ada kat umah tp kena selongkar balik la kat dlm library nih...da lama x nampak buku tu..K nanti dah jumpa i'll inform u..tapi buku ni buku lama..Zaman tok kadok punya..

pengalaman gaks nih,my brother habaq lama dulu,bargayut banyak2,kasi cepat panjang.
tapi pasal lompat banyak kali tu,dia cakap jangan buat.menghalang peningkatan ketinggian.
umur remaja sampai 21...time nih bagus a banyak bergayut.

jangan banyak bergayut jer dh la.buat la pull up sekali.macho ckit.

anyways,kata2 nie diambil daripada orang yang bermain bola keranjang

macho sikit kan?? ala..pasni ari2 kene turun padangla...main basketball   org kata nak tinggi minum susu byk2..huhu..i minum susu ari2 pun tarak tinggi jagak hiks    pastu,myb sbb genetic, tp all my family members pun tinggi2 ja..i jerk kurg tinggi..

pasal main bola keranjang tu mmg betul la boleh tgi..
lagi satu..orang kata berenang..ni aku tak tau le sahih ke tak..tp berenang ni mmg elok utk lelaki hilangkan boroi..hihi
erm..bukan yoga pun boleh melentur n memanjangkan tulang belakang ke? aku pernah tbaca..tp tak pernah mcuba..

untuk pompuan pun sama kot...ntah..yg aku baca tu dia kata bkesan untuk laki..tapi berenang ni mmg one of sport yg boleh maintain slim..cuma jgn terover ..karang bahu jd tegap sgt (tak elok utk pompuan aar..kalu laki bagusla kot)
