sha tidak pasti dalam archived dah ada ker blm, tp resepi ni diambil dr myresepi.com

Nie adalah bahan bahannya:

  • 250g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 50g mentega tanpa garam
  • 80g gula halus
  • 3 biji telur -asingkan kuning dan putih
  • 80cc fresh cream
  • 2 sudu kecil jus lemon
  • 40g tepung roti
  • 40g dry fruit
  • sedikit gula aising untuk hiasan
Cara-cara
  • Pukul cheese dan mentega sehingga kembang dan masukkan separuh gula dan pukul lagi
  • Masukkan sebiji demi sebiji, diikuti dengan fresh cream dan lemon jus
  • Masukkan pula tepung roti dan gaul sehingga sebati
  • Dalam mangkuk lain pukul telur putih dan gula yang separuh lagi sehingga kembang. (Bila diterbalikkan telur tak jatuh)
  • Masukkan dry fruit ke dalam telur putih dan kacau sebati
  • Masukkan adunan telur putih ke dalam adunan pertama tadi. Gaul sebati.
  • Kemudian masukkan ke dalam loyang dan bakar pada suhu 160 degree selama40-45 minit. Loyang tu mestilah diletakkan dalam dulang yang berisi air
  • Setelah masak. Ayaklah gula aising ke atas kek tadi

kebetulan ada balance bluberry jem dlm fridge, sha gantikan sbg topping nya saja...

fresh cream ganti dgn yogurt boleh dak?

atasnya tue sy letak buttercream dan sedikit hiasan coklat chips...

80cc = 80ml, yer boleh, kalau takder fresh cream blh diganti dgn yogurt.
Sy guna loyang bulat kecil yg biasa tue, x tau saiz berapa... bila dah sejuk pelan

Cuba buat tiramisu...tapi ni tak ori punyalah....he.he..guna kek coklat dan cottage cheese(buat sendirik ni) je

haritu jumpa resepi buat cottage cheese ni...tu yg try buat, tapi first trial tak menjadik...second trial baru jadik,walaupun belum perfect lagik. Ikut resepi tu cuma campurkan 1L susu(yg dipanaskan) dengan 4 sudu besar lemon jus jer utk buat cottage cheese ni...macam buat tairu ler...lepas tu tapiskan utk pisahkan cecair( cecair ni dipanggil whey ..boleh guna utk buat roti, minuman etc ) dengan pepejal ( cheese )
