Mohon pendapat kengkawan n para xpert.. Saya ada modal RM 30 000.. Bisnes apa yg sesuwei sebagai permulaan utk saya generate modal yg lebih banyak.. Dalam kepala nampak Cyber Cafe.. Tolong2!

    sebab apa cyber cafe..?? dah ada mentor dlm bidang nih..?? ataupun dah tanya sana sini ttg untung rugi, risiko dsb ttg bidang nih..?? ataupun sebab rasa keje nih senang, dok depan pc then mengharap org dtg..

dgn computer yg makin lama makin murah, internet wireless yg makin meluas.. tak rasa ker industri nih makin terancam, ibarat mcm zaman org sibuk2 dok buat motokar then kita baru nak mula buat kete kuda..

kalau rasa2 baru nak blaja bisnes, jgn gamble banyak sangat... rasanya dgn seribu dua pun dah cukup, cari jer apa2 produk then cuba la menjual kat pasar malam / tani / carboot .. tapi sebelum tuh survey dulu, kat area tuh apa yg banyak / kurang org jual..

Thanks afal.. Sy dh buat few surveys.. N the result shows that this biz has lack of impact kalau kita gagal.. N on top of that sy mmg IT practitioner.. But sy stuju dgn awak, we shouldnt play around wt so much money..

I dont hv much time to do the research until the fundamental level since Im working as wel.. Sebab tu I nid sum guide from u guys for those that hv experience on this matter..

Btw afal, do u involve in any area of biz? Can we share?

    Kalau nak tanam cili fertigasi, kena betul-betul cukup ilmu dan belajar dulu dari pengusaha yang telah berjaya kerana risikonya agak tinggi....

Maybe after the cc operation have stable, I might consider the subsequent move.. Aiya'.. Pening oooo...

dulu kami pun adalah berangan nak buka C.C. tapi bila fikir-fikir kebarangkalian C.C. menyumbang kepada perkara-perkara lagha, especially budak-budak main game, main game tu dah satu hal, lepas tu guna duit parents utk main game dah satu hal lagi, so tak jadi. tapi kalau boleh cari method utk survive without gaming, why not?

Cik Tini, thanks for you concern.. Actually I do consider all these factors.. Not only gaming but also porno, gambling, plagiarism n so forth..

But as far as I concern, we can say that most of the services based biz face the same issues.. For instance, we have a futsal court to encourage people to exercise, to be a platform for youngsters to setup healthy activities.. But they might have intention to smoking, coupling and perhaps they can gambling as well..

So the resolution for these messes are to enforce necessary rules.. But stil - it  depends on how they cud abide the regulation..

Tepuk dada tanya iman.. We have tried our best to make acertain they wud behave s shud..
