kalo ade disiplin..  takat 90-100 kg tu dlm 2-3 bulan blh da trun  kpd 60-70..

all out... jaga mkn... healty diet... 3-4 times work out at gym... 2 hours each session...

penyakit pi gym ni bile da stop.. kejap je naiknya....

kalau hari2 aktiviti jenis berat dan dan guna fizikal taklah susah turun berat badan...tapi kalau aktivitinya duk depan kom ajer perubahannya dari kanan ke kiri dalam gambar di atas...

Jadikanlah aktiviti gym sebagai hobi...

aku salah saorang yang menjadikan workout kat gym sebagai salah satu rutin dalam hidup aku..

dulu masa masuk gym berat aku dlm 60kg dengan tinggi 170cm..agak kurus...bila aku kerap workout angkat beban semua aku rasa puas hati sangat selama 3 tahun hasil yang aku dapat sangat berbaloi...bila badan dah lawa,self confident aku makin meningkat..

bagi korang yang body banyak lemak,selain daripada jogging swimming cycling,angkat beban kat gym mcm dumbell barbell pun dapat bakar lemak jugak..sebab lemak bukan ada kat bahagian abdomen,tapi kat  bawah lengan...jadi angkat dumbell pun dapat kuruskan badan

pagi gym pagi jugak ...
tapi bab makan kene jaga jugak ... kalau bab melantak tak lah nak kawal .... hasilnya ... tak de lah cantik body shape cam ni ....
kalau yg nak muscular daripada kurus kering ... ada yg ambik protein / milk /supplement utk dapat body shape cam tu ...
