Mamu, nak tanya sat, ghempah masala dan garam masalah tu apa bezanya.:hmm: lagi satu, ghempah masak hitam tu kat KL ni mana nak dapat..:stp:kat kedai mamak ada kaaa??

Nice, cuba jawap soalan maklang tu...rempah & grama masala tu apa beza dia? Kan KL ni kat mana jual rempah tu? Nanti masa gathering tu bawak sekali rempah2 ni...jual kat temen..boleh kan??????

Assalamualaikum top40,

Kalau ikut KAMUS oghang India, MASALA itu adalah panggilan utk REMPAH. :cak:
Itu yg teman tanya deme kat kedai di Bhalwant Singh tempoh hari.

Sebab itu kat kotak tu di tulis MASALA Tandoori or MASALA Kurma etc.

Lorrr..........top40.
Kedai kat Jln TAR tu kan ker dekat jer dgn Selayang.
Lain kali kalau nak pi beli kain or tudung tu..........singgah singgah ler samer kat kedai Bhalwant Singh.:cak:
Deme tak makan oghang laaaa............he he he

bukanlah jiran sebelah, tapi satu lorong dengan nikai, tapi nikai nak order seganlah.....balik nanti nak buat2 pusing depan rumah dia...ha.ha.ha  kalau orangnya okay, nanti nikai behenti singgah, kalau cam sombong seganlah,

Gulab Jamun

Resepi ni di ambila dari buku masakan Women's Weekly( Australian)

105 g (3/4 cup) plain flour
35 g self raising flour
60g ground almonds
50g full cream milk powder
pinch of ground cardamom
30g butter
60ml yogurt
2 tbsp water
veg. oil for deep frying

syrup
3 cups(660g) castor sugar
5 cardamom pods, bruised
1 cup(250ml) water
35g shelled pistachios
2 tsp rose water

1. sift flours, almonds, milk powder and cardomom into medium bowl; rub in butter. masukkan yogurt dan air.
2 .roll heaped dessertspoons of the mixture into balls and deep fry balls in batches sampai just browned.  DO NOT OVER HEAT THE OIL
    OR BALLS WILL BURN BEFORE THEY ARE COOKED THROUGH. Drain on absorbent paper.
3. just before serving, stir balls gently into hot syrup.

To make syrup.
Mix sugar, cardamom and water in a large pan, stir over heat without mendidih,until sugar is dissolved. Boil uncovered, for about 5 minutes, without stirring or until mixture is syrupy. Gently stir in nuts and rosewater.

kalau tak silap..Nice beli rempah masak hitam tu kat pameran TANI di PWTC masa dia pergi ari Khamis aritu kot...
kena rujuk perbincangan depa sebelum2 ni...:hmm:

Rempah ayam Madu ni..sori laa..kak liza x der idea laa..
kalau limau madu atau jambu madu atau belimbing madu..selalunya kak liza beli kat pasat tani atau pasar malam..

JADINAR ENTERPRISE
Kumpulan Pengembagan Wanita
Sungai Acheh, Pulau Pinang
Rempah Masak Hitam 25gm = RM1

Rempah masalla 50gm = RM2

Teman SAPU semuer Rempah Masak Hitam td.

RESEPI MASAK HITAM:

Bahan bahan ya:

1kg daging di potong n di peram dgn rempah di atas.
De perap selama 1/2 jam dgn 10gm adunan.
Kemudian di campur dgn sedikit kunyit, tepung jagung dan garam.
Kemudian di goreng separuh masak.

Bahan A
-15 gm Rempah Masak Hitam
- 6 ulas bawang merah dan 6 ulas bawang putih di mayang kasar
- 4 cm halia dan 2 batang serai di ketuk
-10 tangkai cili kering di potong 2
-1/2 cawan sos tiram
-1/2 cawan kicap lemak manis
-sedikit air perahan asam jawa
-minyak masak
-garam secukup rasa

Bahan B
-sedikit daun pudina
-2 labu bawang besar di potong bulat
-3 tangkai cili merah di potong panjang

beli rempah2 ni banyak2..pastu masa gathering tu boleh suply/jual pada geng yg berminat..

apa macam..
sambil berniaga ada amalnya..

Saya tak pernah lagi cuba masakan ni & memang 1st time nampak w/p selalu jugak makan kat restoren India. Actually Tillingtan, masakan ni sesuai utk dimakan dgn apa? Nampak sedap & mesti rasa manis mcm candy org2 India.

Kalau keropok India tu - poppaddum tu sedap makan dgn yoghurt campur dgn tomato & bawang besar. Lepas tu makan dgn nasi beriyani & ayam masak kurma atau ayam goreng berempah.

It's a  dessert, Bai.  Rasanya manis. I think inilah one of the many ubat untuk diabetic. SO masa pregnant tu kena kurangkan pengambilan manis manisan. Nanti there will me some glucose leaking into the urine. Macam saya.

Rupa2nya dessert. Saya jarang jugak makan benda2 manis even bukan time pregnant pun mcm tu jugak. Thanks for the advice. Tak tahan tengok gambar dessert tu. Mcm memanggil2 nak suruh makan dia pulak. He he he.
