waw.. syoknya tengok buah anggur... nak tanyalah, tanam anggur ni nak kena tempat yg sejuk ker?? atau pun cuaca panas sesuai jugakk..

Anggur ni memerlukan cuaca yang panas. Kalau  nak tanam anggur letaklah ia ditempat yg dapat matahari sepenuhnya. Kalau tempat redup tak sesuai, pokok senang kena penyakit
Kalau tanah pula, carilah kawasan yg tak menakung air, kalau terendam air pokok anggur akan mati.

Ingredients
                                 3/4 cup Krinos olive oil
Strained fresh juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon Krinos oregano
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Water
Krinos grape leaves in brine (as  many as there are fish, plus about 6 for spreading on the bottom of the pan)
2 pounds red mullet, cleaned and gutted but whole
                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

                   1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and pepper.

2. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and blanch thegrape leaves, steeping them for 4-5 minutes, until soft. Remove with aslotted spoon and rinse immediately under cold water. Trim off thestems.

3. Preheat the oven to 3500 F. Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil on thebottom of an ovenproof glass baking dish large enough to hold all thefish. Spread 4-6 grape leaves on the bottom. Wrap each fish in a grapeleaf. Place in the pan, seamside down. Pour the sauce over the fish,and bake, covered, until fish and grape leaves are tender, about 25minutes. Remove and serve.

                               Yield: 4-6 servings.

Kalau daun yg bersegi-segi dan ada lekuk-lekuk macam jari ditapak tangan tu mungkin jenis IAC atau white malaga. Ok tu buahnya manis, tapi kena tunggu buah sampai kekuningan baru petik..

si ikan merah tu... mcm senyum je kena balut ngan daun anggur ..
Nak tanya la..Bila msk guna daun anggur ada rasa n bau apa2 tak..sdap tak ekk? Bahan2 pun ada tp bukan brand Krinos la.. Ble try nie sb kat rmh ada pkk anggur jgk.. buah tangan dari Niceghost dulu masa g gathering.. mekasih byk2...

Kalau dah ada pokok anggur kat rumah boleh try buat teh daun anggur pulak.
Caranya:

Petik daun anggur yg muda (2-3 helai dari pucuk). Cuci dengan air, kemudian kering dibawah matahari. Bila dah kering gunting daun kecil-kecil dan dah boleh buat teh.

Paling sedap teh anggur dari jenis isabela. Rasa macam teh lemon. Cubalah...

Yang tu jenis white malaga. Jenis ni rajin berbuah dan buahnya manis. U ada buat prunning ke sebelum bunga tu keluar?

anggur ni dia suka air ,kami ada tanam anggur satu tahun itu  tak beberapa menyiram cuma depand  on air hujan bila waktu buah itu masak masam nya sampai burung tak mahu makan ,jadi saya berazam  bubuh air hari2 dua kali sehari ada daun atau tidak,sampai musim berbuah punya lah manis   buah nya lebat besar dari tahun sebelum nya saya terpaksa put up with the birds sebab mereka makan anggur ni ,kami dapat sikit saja that year.daun nya yang luruh bubuh dekat pokok tu di buat baja.jangan lupa siram air selalu yang masam jadi manis,
