ur cake turned out nicely
kalau setakat nk isi perut sendiri, bedal je macam2 mana pn.
xkesah la kek degil takmo kuar dr loyang ke, asal sedap, masuk dlm perut gk kan?
last2 licin gk ade tu siap korek2 loyang lg
tp, advisable u alas loyang dgn kertas la ye..
kalau yg jenis non stick pan tu pn kdg2 buat hal, ape tah lg yg pan biasa kan
lg pn, kalau lapik ngan kertas minyak ni, kerja2 pembersihan loyang pn mudah, xyah nk rendam2 air dis is what i experienced.

sebenanya kertas lapik kek ni kalo nk carik kt carre4.. kt belah mana yer? kt tmpt buat kek ker @ kt stationery dept? |

Chocolate Cake ,steamed and it's super moist.
185g butter
250g sugar
200ml evaporated milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
125g all purpose flour
70g cocoa powder
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2 vanilla essence
(this makes a small cake, I doubled the ingredients to get the size as in the picture)
Ini bahan asas untuk recipe above. I did't like it to be too sweet, I reduced the amount of sugar to 230gm. I also used light brown sugar in place of the normal white sugar.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Melt, butter and sugar in a pot, add milk and vanilla essence. Stir well making sure the sugar does not stick to the bottom. When everything has dissolve. remove from heat, cool the mixture a little before adding the eggs.
Place dry ingredients in a bowl and pour bit by bit the wet butter mixture. Mix well and transfer it into a baking form, make sure the bottom and sides of the form are well oiled and covered with baking paper. Place the form into the steamer. Tutup pula dgn aluminium foil sebelum di tutup dengan penutup steamer
p/s, saya tembah sedikit serbuk kayu manis and serbuk cloves( lupa bulak namanya dlm B.M) Sedap juga rasanya. |
