ok, yg ni koken kena jawab.

normally kalau u nak dptkan rate yg bagus memang kena rajin buat survey sikit.  kadang2 bank ini ada buat offer tapi bukan selalu ada, kalau rezeki u baik u dapat, kalau tak kena tunggu lagi bila ada offer....

ada member mintak pendapat

rumah baru 180k...biasanya kene byr  deposit 10% kan...bole amik epf kan? dia baru keje 4 thn...epf akaun 2 baru ada 10k...agak2 kalau amik personal loan utk cover belen  tu ok tak??

so, loan lagi lebih kurang 8k.  Boleh suggest buat personal loan kalau dia memang takder saving kat mana2, cuma kena ingat nanti ada 2 insttlment yg nak kena bayar...loan + rumah.  Klau dia boleh lepas untuk byr 2 loan ni boleh teruskan.  Tapi kalau ada barang kemas boleh letak kat ar-rahnu, ASB, UT, Insurans boleh keluarkan dulu, bila ada duit lebih boleh simpan balik.  

ni i punya pandangan, kalau org lain tak tahu la...

kalau rumah pertama dan kedua dapat 100% loan. kalau dah jual rumah kedua dan beli rumah lagi, masih dapat lagi ke 100% loan tu?

utk 100% loan i belum dpt apa2 memo lagi, so i tak berani nak cakap, sbb subject to approved by bank negara.  mungkin sapa2 yg keje bank kat sini boleh update. Once dah ada new memo i will update here soon......

apa yang i tahu ada bank yg offer 100% loan, tapi tak semua bank.  kadang2 bank ni ada buat promotion kalau u buat loan dgn sesetengah bank u boleh dpt 100% loan, atau rate yg bagus, atau free fees utk snp or bank aggrement.  Tapi kalau tak der promotion back to normal approved by bank negara...... rumah baru loan biasanya 90% & untuk re-finance 80%, untuk rumah ke3 70%.  Tapi utk gov loan i tak berapa tahu.  boleh tanya org yg lagi arif.

ada tak bank yg bagi 100% loan?...95% pun dah ok....den tak cukup deposit 10% tu....baru 4 thn kojo....gaji monthly around 3k....belanja + komitmen dlm 1.8k...ntah la layak ke tak

kalau rumah 160k...agak2 monthly kena berapa?

Bole tanya dgn salesman rumah tu, bank mana yg finance projek tu,maybe bole dapat 100%. Kalo x bole jugak tanya salesman tu bole x gunakan 7% bumi discount tu sbg downpayment, so you akan bayar normal price tapi you only need to fork out 3 % je as downpayment. Kalo x bole juga gunakan je la KWSP akaun2, kalo cukup la hehe. Salah satu lagi cara yg femes among developer ialah buat installment utk downpayment, you bole tanya dkt salesman rumah tu bole x downpayment tu dibayar secara ansuran selama 6-12 bulan.

HSBC baru approve housing loan aku. BLR - 2% sepanjang tenure. Finance 90% + 5% (5% tu loyer/legal fee untuk loan bank). Ok la.

Salam.. semua kawan2...
saya ada buat loan rumah ngan Bank RHB..
sepatutnya bank akan potong pada tiap2 1 hari bulan...
tp sya lupa bayar pulak hri nie....bank potong melalui akaun...
terlupa pulak nk masukkn duit semalam.... aduhaiii....
jd mcm maner lah 2... coz takut jgak ada denda kelewatan ker....
biasa lah kalau bank nie denda mesti tinggi kan....ikut hri pulak 2...huhuhu...
Persoalannya Bank akan potong pada 1 haribulan shj ker...
atau smpai bila ...misal kata 1 HB smpai 5 HB ker.....
kalau smpai 5HB boleh lah masukkan duit hri nie...
tq semua.....harap membantu.....
